This company and Bruce it's president are unbelievably professional, kind, thoughtful, and supportive. Bruce went out of his way and beyond to help us successfully solve our need He's the kind of person and company you generally only hear about in fairy tales. My wife and I commend and thank him.

DME Direct is a great company and they are always willing to go above and beyond the call of duty to ensure their clients get what they need! Recently assisted a patient who needed oxygen- contacted DME Direct and w/in an hr- 1h 1/2 the family was met by the company @ their home upon their arrival from the patient's medical appointment. Refreshing to always be met w/professional, knowledgeable & compassionate staff, says a lot about the owners.
