I should have listened to the other reviews. They tried to "double dip: getting paid from me, and getting paid from the insurance company. My insurance covers medical supplies at 100%. This place tried telling me that I had a $300 deductible. Once, my wife and I called them out on it and this place supposedly straightened things with the insurance company, they tried saying that I would be responsible for the taxes. When I called them to cancel my appointment and tell them that their services are no longer needed, yeah they "Brushed Me Off" without hesitation. Go somewhere else.

I recently moved my parents to my home from out of state. One doctor recommended Northlake for some necessary equipment. I found the people there to be friendly and helpful.

Horrible experience! Tried to get a breathing machine for my 1 year old son. Doctors office was out so they referred me to this place with a bit of hesitancy. Dr wrote a perscritption for the machine and I showed all of the required documents for the machine. On top of all of the paper work they said they needed the doctors chart notes so that their billing would be easier... No consideration for my 1 year old son on the verge of pneumonia needing help breathing. All about the money!

When referring patients to this location my experience as well as the experience of my colleagues has been that they will get the brush off if the paperwork is anything less than 100% upfront. F for Effort.
