Buy your medical equipment from somewhere else. Don't trust them. This company doesn't deserve any stars. My aunt purchased a motorized scooter from them in December with every intention of being able to use it. After battling cancer for eight years she always thought she'd get better. She ended up passing away two weeks after the purchase without every even sitting on the scooter. The company promotes a full refund policy for new equipment within 30-days. The scooter was returned within the time frame right after her passing. Yet, Brian, the store manager, refuses to return the money to my family. My 89 yr old grandmother (my aunt's mom) went into the store today to speak with him about it. Brian was very rude and disrespectful to her. He walked away and wouldn't even listen to what she had to say. Terrible customer service. This company must really be suffering financially if they need to steal from a dead woman. With all the grieving my family is going through, this is the last thing we need. I explained repeatedly that aunt was so sick she couldn't even lift her head off the couch. She absolutely did not use the scooter and Brian is not honoring their own company policy.

If I could give this place -100 stars I would. These people are very rude and incompetent. I will never ever deal with them again. I could write a whole book on the problems we experienced. I never will recommend that anyone go here. Had numerous problems with the food for my fathers feeding tube. Crushed and leaking cans delivered, no one ever picked them up and no credit was ever given for them. His food would be on back order, or he'd almost be out due to the crushed cans that you could not open and they could care less. Deliveries never on time, had to wait until they came out to "our area" to make a delivery. Wouldn't check into a soy based brand of food when he could no longer tolerate what he was getting. Never mind the fact he needed it to survive. I had a rx from the Dr for support hose for my mother. I went here to get them for her and the measurements were on the rx. I picked out what I needed based on the measurements and the representative went off about how I needed to bring her there to be measured by their staff. When I told her that was not happening due to her being unable to walk at the time, I then had to speak to a different person and I went thru the same thing. I showed them that the rx had the measurements on it and that she was in fact measured by the Dr himself. I had to sign a waiver that I refused to bring her in to be measured and that they wouldn't take the support hose back if they didn't fit. This was the only way I was able to buy the support hose from them. I believe the only reason they get the business they do is because they are right across from the hospital. They are recommend because of their location and you don't know any better until you start dealing with them. I have no idea how they stay in business otherwise because the stupidity and rudeness was/is overwhelming staggering!!!!

Less than 1 star. Very rude staff. They were more concerned with their peanut butter and bread than they were in helping the only customer in the store. Five employees that I could see and I was told just to go sit down and someone would be with me. I left 10 minutes later.

I went end got set up on a cpap very nice woman who did the fiting went over everything. With me when i left out. I new everything. I needed. To know about my cpap and how to use it 3 days later they called. And checked. To see how i was doing with my cpap i did not like my nose mask was giving me trouble. So i told and my hose broke afer 2 weeks she told me to come in she found a mask that i like and replaced my hose and a week later i get a call from her checking. To see how i was doing the mask is work for me very good i sleep much better befour i got on the cpap i was sleeping. May 4 hours a night iam disabled. Not i sleep 8+ hours a night iam so happy i picked life care they care about there clients.
