Doctors Care Forest Acres

I was transferred from the Hard Scrabble office on 08/27 specifically to be seen by their X-Ray technician for chest pains. I was seen right away without a long wait, but I was rushed because it was close to their closing time. My BP was checked and it was very high which was a concern, but nothing was done. After being checked by the doctor, I asked for the X-ray and she ordered it. While waiting in the patient room, I overhead the technician say it takes too long to power up the machine and I should have came earlier. This was very unprofessional and when I heard this I immediately walked out of the room and told them I was leaving. I was transferred from the other office to get this done so I did not come last minute. I asked the front desk if I had paperwork or if anything was needed from my end and she said no. I have never been to any Doctor's Care office and not receive an after care summary. I will never go to this urgent care again. The fact that I had all these issues and was rushed is malpractice on their part.

So thankful for this crew. As soon as I left the building headache and all I knew I needed to leave a review. As a black woman, I was happy to see the building was very much inclusive but even happier that the doctor on the premises was attentive and thorough. Even the ladies upfront were amazing. I really hope management takes heed to the fabulous caregivers they have on duty currently!

My sister came to this doctors care today with concerns over abnormally high blood pressure and chest pain that she described as “someone sitting on her chest”. We were trained to treat that as cardiac chest pain. The technicians rushed her out and did everything they could to discourage her from getting an xray and diagnostic testing and didn’t provide a visit summary when she left. We overheard one of the technicians in the back saying “She should have gotten here earlier” because it takes too long to power up the machine and it was close to closing time. This is neglect and you can lose your license for this if this complaint turns out to be a serious issue when she seeks care with another facility

The kindest ladies at the front desk who helped make the experience smooth and easy for our little family today! The nurse and physician were excellent with my young kids. The whole experience was enjoyable from start to finish! I am glad a friend recommended us to this specific Doctors Care location. Great staff.

I made an appointment. I came in 30 minutes before my appointment and had to wait an hour to be seen . The receptionist was unprofessional. He put me in the system as a walk-in and everyone was seen before me. I came back to office a week later to follow up with my appointment the nurse was very unprofessional. She came to the front desk discussing my visit with the receptionist. I was told to come back because I was too early after giving the instructions to come back at a time that was inconvenient. Very unprofessional staff. If you make an appointment expect to wait. Very rude and caddy staff

I was seen by Dr. Kim who has been practicing medicine for almost 40 years. I wish he was at the Forest Drive location full time, but I think he probably only works part time. Great Doctor!!!

My visit was very efficient and professional, I was given treatment by Nurse Christine who was very diligent and attentive. She also informed me of many things to benefit my health for future reference. I was taken great care of and would highly recommend this center!! Thanks christine!!

I have been at this Doctors Care on Forest Drive several times lately. The whole team is friendly and helpful. The front desk staff named Kymisha was so friendly and nice. I would recommend this Doctors Care to everyone.

Great place I love the staff, told them what I need their made it happen. Love lady’s hair and the doctor was great. I truly recommend this place. Friendly place.

I used this facility in late February 2/26 due to a rather serious issue I was having. I put my name on the waitlist at 1:30pm, was notified that I should arrive around 5:52, then updated at 5:21 they were running 30 mins behind, new arrival time was 6:21; arrived at 6:10, had completed pre-registration prior to the visit; several individuals were called back prior and I was not called back until 7:15, then rushed through and had to request blood work be done due to my issue. Was informed by the PA that my referral would be setup with an in-network provider. Turns out the referral was sent to Prisma, which they no longer accept my insurance. Had to find my own specialist and call to have the referral re-sent. The individuals I’ve spoken to on the phone regarding this visit have been unprofessional and make me feel as though I’ve interrupted their day, each time I call. I will not use Doctors Care again.
