Let me start off by saying, I'm not a big review writer; However, I feel compelled to write this one. The staff at this office are literally the nicest, most understanding, and quick responding staff that I've ever dealt with. They are willing to work me in, and trying their very best when needed. They keep me updated if someone cancels and a time slot were to open up. They are compassionate. And Dr. Daniels Dr. D, is by far the best, most caring and patient Doctor I've ever seen. I have been seeing him for about 4 years, and will continue to see him for as long as I can. These reviews about waiting at the office.. Every Dr office has some sort of wait, and this office may have a little bit longer wait time, but it's only because Dr. Daniels is the best and gives his patients his full attention, does not rush them or make them feel like he's in a hurry to get you in and out. The whole staff makes sure you are comfortable and satisfied. I don't know what else you could ask for from a Family practice. If you want great service, accurate diagnosis, understanding and patient care, this is the office to be at, and Dr. Daniels is the PCP to see! Point blank.

I have never had a bad experience here. I have been with this practice for about 4 years. My diagnosis have been on point and I've always gotten top notch care. I seldom wait as I usually take the very early appointments. I also do my labs in advance of my visits. I schedule around 7:45 am or 8 am. I'm usually out in an hour. Dr Latonya identified and treated issues that were puzzling at my previous primary care. I've taken advantage of the wellness programs as well and am a better manager of my overall health. Knowledge is power, and this office provides wisdom for better self care. If I had to wait, I would just prepare....it's worth it.

Staff hanging up the phone on you. Spoke to office manager, no calls back to address my issues concerning the staff member or follow up on information about an issue about prescribed medication. . Due to my insurance this is the only office in Columbia. I will definitely start taking the drive to Orangeburg where I can get better assistance.

Where should I start? I don’t normally write reviews, but I felt the need to do so today. I have also read some of the reviews listed below, so I’m assuming it either depends on the individual, but we’re always pleasant and respectful when my husband comes or even the few times I have came with him. My husband been coming to this practice for about 3 years now, and he always have to wait between 2 hours and 2 1/2 hours before he is seen! He always has an appointment when he comes here, and it’s always the same thing with this practice, and I don’t understand! No one seems to have a sense of urgency or anything they act like the patient owe them something when I’m sure half of the patients have some sort of insurance. I’m going to search deeper and report this practice, so maybe they can have some type of customer service manager or a physician manager to show them how they need to run their office. I have tried to get my husband to transfer to another practice, but my family practice is located in irmo, and he don’t want to drive that far, but they are the best! If anyone know of any other practice with great physicians please let us know. Thanks so much!

I have experiences so many issues with this office. The wait time to be seen is horrible, the time to get lab results makes no sense and the staff in the front are the most unprofessional of any office ever. I came in last week to to find I have to take my own temp and found out that the device is only cleaned every other person. This is not SAFE for anyone. Than to get inside for labs to wait 20 minutes. I asked the lab rep why it took so long she advised she had only minutes ago received my paper work. So this tells me the rep up front just took her leisure time to get my lab request sent. 15 minutes of wasted time. the front desk lady is the worst receptionist I have every encountered, she has over charged us and made it feel my fault, she scheduled us for an appoint for me husband that was not needed and told my husband he should keep up with his appointments, the office takes care credit and it took her 20 minutes to figure out how to process my payment. Then to top it off, if you have a questions she will sit there and ignore you before she looks up and hen when she does she looks very annoyed. Now I am waiting nearly 2 weeks for lab results to update in the portal. I called and sent and email. Not return call or email. Its like my business is not appreciated. I too will be looking into finding a way to report this office as there are several other issues I have with the experience of my appointment.

I have been with this practice for 3 almost 4 years and referred my mother to this practice because they were handling my care so well but after not needing a medical visit within a year and having my yearly checkup recently the atmosphere, professionalism and routine has totally changed. My physician looked as if she had lost weight from the last time I saw her and seemed very sad. The new receptionist was very rude and unprofessional. There was never a have a seat mam....someone will be right with you or is there anything else I can help you with today. The receptionist just had a I don’t care type of demeanor in an environment where people come to receive medical care. I was very disappointed in how much this practice has changed only within one year. Me and my mother will be moving to another practice.

You can pass out and die waiting to see the doctor. At least a two hour wait pass your scheduled appointment time. There’s no sufficient follow up with your blood test results or xrays unless you continuously call n bug them. The NP wants to come I. The room two hours late n tell her life story. Unprofessional. If you have time to waste this is the spot because time means nothing to them. Just hurry up and a wait up to 3 hours. Appointment at 10:30 brought in the room at 11 it’s 1140 and I’m still waiting . In the process of finding another family doctor because this place is horrible

I’ve been going here a few years now. At first it was ok because I didn’t have any issues going on with me. I will say the wait time is absolutely ridiculous and I just don’t understand it. I should not be sitting in a room for almost an hour to see a doctor. They do not take your matters seriously and don’t follow up quickly as they should. I am in the process of finding a new PCP. I do not like this office and would NOT recommend it.

If I could give them a zero, I would. There is no way this place should be in business. Every time I have been here, its a huge cluster of people who are running around with no idea what is going on. Currently, I have been waiting in the room.. so, far, the doctor is 75 mins late for my appointment. SEVENTY-FIVE MINUTES LATE. I would like to say this isn't normal. However, this is my third and will be my last time coming here and 75 mins late is probably their average late time for their appts. If you have a job, or anywhere to be, absolutely do not schedule with Wellspring Family Medicine. I shall continue my wait in this room, as I need my medication. And then, I will immediately be switching doctors and practices as soon as I leave this building. Which will hopefully be sometime in the next hour. Pray for me.

I have been a patient of Dr. Daniels for over 17 years and their staff follows up with my lab work and prescriptions efficiently! I won't go anywhere else! Dr.Daniels is the best!
