This place changes providers more than any place I have EVER had at any primary care team. I have been here since 20014 and have had 5 different care providers. The newest person I was assigned I called to schedule an appointment for an urgent matter and they scheduled me for over 3 weeks out. I ended up going to the VA which has better healthcare than PFP for my issue and got an MRI and diagnosis the same day and it ended up being an extremely urgent issue that could have killed me if I waited 3 weeks. I called the office to cancel my appointment and they were on lunch and left a voicemail with their answering service to cancel my appointment, and they assured me they'd get the appt cancelled for me. Today I get a letter that I was discharged from their practice because I missed the appointment with them that I called and cancelled. It's fine because I've already transferred my care to the VA. But this place is pretty ridiculous with the constant changing of providers, waiting weeks for an appointment, I had a nurse cursing and talking to me like we were friends during an intake. Unprofessional.

I thought this was my new provider from Tricare. I was definitely educated that they were NOT my provider. I was shocked at how mean spirited the person was that answered the phone. I am very happy I will not be going to this place for my health care.

Is it weird to LOVE going to visit the doctor? Dr. Harvey and the entire staff are amazing. I am confident in their abilities and enjoy the fact that they are so personable and kind. Beyond excellent care and relatable professionals.

Dr. Reese is a compassionate and thorough physician. She does NOT overbook her appointments and 99% of the time I have only waited a few minutes before being called into a room. I wouldn’t mind waiting longer just to see her. Of course any doctor could be called away for an emergency and there could be a delay in being seen. I cannot speak for the other physicians but Dr. Reese is wonderful. Her staff and the front desk ladies have always been professional as well.

As a new patient I found I was able to get an appointment in a reasonable amount of time with PA Amy Cook. I really like that she listened to what I had to say about my history and was willing to work with me on my medications. On my follow up appointment, I went for my lab work the week before and she went over all of my lab results with me carefully to make sure I understood. I really appreciated that as I have found it be something that is rare. She also made recommendations for continued monitoring of my health.

I was a patient here for several years. Over the years about every 18 months the Physicians Assistant PA I would be seeing would leave resulting in my being assigned a new provider. Then finally my provider left and they changed an appointment time on me from 7AM the reason why I was going there to 815 the first available for the new provider. After that appointment my next regular scheduled was scheduled for 15 mins before I could make it from work. I was adamant that I wanted a noon appointment but they scheduled me for 1145 anyways. I show up for the appointment at noon and I was told the Dr does not see patients that are 15 minutes late I had to reschedule. I also had issues with giving labs. It was as if the tech drawing blood was sticking the needle in sideways. Had bruises for weeks after that session. Their patient/customer service went drastically downhill. Do not recommend.

If you enjoy having a new doctor every 2 years, and not being notified they left until your next appointment this happened to me twice over a 4 year period....this is the place for you! If you enjoy a rude administrative staff, who are annoyed by the presence of the patients they serve....this is the practice for you! If you enjoy not getting calls back or being able to setup referrals, this is the practice for you. If you enjoy arguing with your insurance because you've been double, over or erroneously charged...this is the practice for you. If you enjoy a management team who doesn't return messages or care about addressing patient issues, than this is the practice for you. I urge you....stay away, stay far away

Terrible place! The doctor dropped me as a patient I’m guessing for asking too many questions through the app! If that wasn’t the reason they dropped me and didn’t say anything. I did nothing to offend them. But if you have a lot of questions for Dr. High she’s not the doctor for you

I am very pleased with this practice and with Dr. High. I was concerned about finding a new primary care physician for my 90-year-old mom. Everyone in this practice has been very nice. They do in-house lab work. They made two important referrals for us right away. They followed up on all our concerns. Dr. High is insightful, helpful and kind.

As a very critical person of doctor offices I would highly recommend this one. The staff is always kind and professional. I always get calls back after I leave a message. The doctors listen. If you are having billing troubles call the hospital billing department. I've had to call myself and my bills always get resolved. A+ patient care. I'm glad I found them.
