Dollar Tree

Every time I go back the staff is always just the nicest. Doesn't matter if I knew them from my time there or if it is someone I haven't met before. Quality of the food never changes from excellent either.

I Love coming to this Dollar Store as the Seasons Change they Always have something Different and in stock from the other Dollar Trees. Not to Mention the Great, Friendly, Courtesy Staff. The Manager is a Sweetheart Great Customer Service

Tl;dr: caught Manager red handed trying to repackage and sell broken headphones that were just brought back within 18 hrs of last purchase, not refunded anything. Bought $5 wireless headphones about 5 weeks ago. Ear piece snapped off putting on head within a week. Bought a 2nd pair about 3 weeks ago. Same thing happened, same timeline. I stop to get a pair of socks between camping trips. See same headphones on clearance for $4. Open box I assumed. Wrong. I drive 30+ miles to my campsite and open the box. "New" is written in permanent marker on one of the ear pieces. I turn them on, static screaming at me. Try to use them, I get 1 sec of distorted audio every 5 seconds. I drive out of my way all the way back to return them and simply go buy a pair elsewhere that I wont have to replace every 2 weeks. This is the part that influenced the review. "Store policy is only exchanges." "Ma'am you sold me something broken and I'm done burning money on cheap garbage." More nonsense about exchange only follows. Manager comes up. I explain. They want me to grab a 4th pair....for an extra $1+ now I walk out w nothing and leave the headphones, stating I will never come back. Manager didn't care, not surprised. I start my car and it hits me. She was fixing the box as I was talking to her, getting ready to place them back on the shelf. I walk back in to make sure they can't rip another customer off. I ask for the headphones so I can snap them. She says 'oh yeah I was just going to throw them away.' She then goes to the far register next to the clearance items. She digs through the pile of soon-to-be repackaged clearance items and grabs them out. Red-handed, knowingly packaging broken electronics and placing them for sale 'at a discount' to try to make sure someone will say 'what the hell' and get scammed. What a joke of a store. Lost $100's of future money for $4. I grabbed the headphones, snapped them in half and tossed them in the trash

Great staff and they have an extensive inventory of things you didn't know you needed. Seriously, I buy things I use frequently, love the card section and office supplies!

Great selection even it's not too big, well organized and friendly staffs. Thank you for quick helps to grab couple items which helped me spent less than 2 min here while I am in the hurry.

I have become a HUGE fan of the Dollar Tree lately. I absolutely love these stores. I legit can’t go into a Dollar Tree without spending at-least $40-50 every time. They have so much fun stuff and even though it’s cheap it is all made pretty well and lasts a long time!!

This is the best DT in the area.. Very friendly staff and super organized and clean store with everything in stock.. I drive past 2 others just to come here

One of the best dollar tree stores I've been to. I hate the one by my house so I drive to this one. Always organized and has a great selection. I love to go there for my crafts and always end up looking at their whole store. I feel bad for the employees because I always get so much from here! GREAT STORE!!!
