Has great prices for the most part and nice products. However it is extremely disorganized and often there are children roaming wild. The children is of no fault of the store, but perhaps it would be nice if they implemented a rule that every child must be accompanied by an adult? Or perhaps security?
It's always fun to browse the store and I love the seasonal items Halloween now. When I bought a few items at checkout the cashier seemed to truly hate her job and barely spoke two words to me. I know people have bad days but if you're going to work in customer service then you should be more friendly and maybe say "Thank you" to the customer.
They do an amazing job with all the extras stuff going on. The customer service is above par. The quality of products has been on steady incline for a while now!!!
Stores of this type have lighted checkouts 1-?6-8. CLEVER! But only a few are "manned". Long Lines, Full Carts and cranky 0-80 yr. Olds. Many delivery carts of merchandise in aisles.. clutter & hard to see past them to shop.
The store and prices are great; however, I have had several experiences where the representatives who checked me out were EXTREMELY rude and disrespectful. It is to the point where I do not want to shop there. Marshall’s- please train your staff to be respectful to their customers !!
Lots of variety, a little of everything. Very well priced. I suggest making sure what you buy isnt broke or opened we seen people opening the makeup pallets and not buying them. I know its obvious but sometimes it may slip our mind. We were there for about 40 minutes and maybe seen one worker trying to organize the store, which i understand is difficult because it was busy. When time to pay lines were pretty fast.
Always find good deals at this store. Friendly staff. Great Clarence items. Great Snacks. I love when they get their holiday items in.
I have this place saved and listed as 'Do not go back' I swear all the 'discount' places have the same hookups. I'm not sure who purchases for the men's section but please, replace them. As a man, I am offended lol. Tiny section with men's styles like we're little boys. Umm ladies... men are not kids... poors should be treated better. Checkout the Men's Warehouse, they got the hookup you're looking for.
Great selections all the time Would like to see them carry more Artwork and comforters
Another one of those inter store partnerships of T.J., Ross, Marshalls, Buy here exchange there. I will say damned good prices. Fair quality. You get more than your money's worth.
