I ordered 2 of the chicken carbonera - requested extra mushrooms and onions because we got none last time! There was no alfredo sauce , which made it extremely dry. We also ordered the 5cheese dip and bread twists - and received the kind with marina...yuck! These 3 items came in aluminum bowls and yet one of my boxes was so full of grease it dripped all over my car seat!! see picture Where did this grease come from!!!! When I placed this order online, I received a call telling me they didnt have a driver to deliver and wanted me to cancel. I asked to pick up the order since they would not do car side. This location obviously did NOT want my business!!
If I could rate this -5 stars, I would. We placed an order at 6:45pm, to get an email not even the decency to give us a call 45 minutes later to inform us that our order was canceled. No reason, no apology, nothing. Just a simple email saying "Your order has been canceled". We also waited on the phone for 8 minutes before someone even answered when we called trying to get a reason for the cancelation. Save your money, and order good pizza somewhere else.
I ate half of pizza on my table and there is a dead bug inside the box. I wish I would have noticed it sooner. It looks like it's been there for a while.... I feel like I'm going to throw up and I've suddenly lost my appetite..
I order from here on an almost weekly basis. This is twice they messed up one of the pizza's. The guy helping me today was rude. He wasn't listening to what I was saying. The manager agreed to replace a large pizza. When I got my order it was wrong again! The manager said she's remake it, but it'd take a whole. I had already picked up the rest of my order and didn't feel like letting it get cold. So I just left, she didn't even offer a credit. I will only be ordering from another location from now on!!
Rude. Unprofessional. I ordered online, and when I added pizzas to the cart both had toppings on it. After I submitted order, there was one with no toppings. $7.99 with up to 3 toppings, so I really wanted toppings. Website had no option to edit or cancel. I called store number and was on hold for 15 minutes. I drove to store and explained situation. Cashier said the pizza was already cooked. I asked them to remake it. Cashier called supervisor/manager over. The manager looked at me with disgust and asked me "How is this our problem? We cooked it just like you ordered it." I hadn't paid yet, so I just told her to keep it. She rolled her eyes and said "alright.... have a good day with sarcasim." She said it in a way that was meant to make it clear that she didn't care. I went to Pizza Hut instead. This happen 09/27/22 at 6:50 pm.
2 orders in a row have taken over 2 hours without even an update. Last week I ordered delivery and it showed up finally after 3 hours of waiting with no updates from the tracker. I could tell it sat after being cooked too. This week, I foolishly ordered again because of the coupon they gave me water last week's mess up. Here it is 2 hours later and it still says "Tony has began preparing your order" I expected to be finished with dinner and going to bed soon. Oh and their phone number says it's a non functioning number when I try to call the store. Guess I'll be calling pizza hut next time. Update got a text message saying my order was cancelled. No explantation and like I said, when I call there's an automated message saying that it's a non working phone number
Very unprofessional. Tracker Said my pizza was ready. Nacha claimed she couldn't find my order. She then had to re make my order. I had to wait another 25 min. So I proceeded to ask for a discount and she declined saying well no because your order is not in the system. How is that if I have a email confirming my order? That's not how customer service is done.
Constantly having issues with orders. Yesterday all four pizzas were burned. Today, the off the pizzas looked like they were tossed around. Manager wouldn't answer the phone when the driver was trying to call because he thought they might have been like that when he grabbed the bag to deliver
This location sucks. They continue to take delivery orders when they can’t deliver. We have waited over an hour this time for delivery and over 2 1/2 hours the last time. When you call to confirm the status of your order, they do not answer the phone.
Would give this place a 0 star if I could the general manager if you can even call her that was super disrespectful for her customers. Tessa Haynes should not be the one that is in charge. If she can not understand people are going ro be upset that food is not ready when it said it would be then she is in rhe wrong job. To say it will be ready in 45 minutes and then have them come to the store for it to be maybe another hour until it's ready is out of this world crazy. Everyone would be mad about that we all have life's and things we have to do and a refund is not good enough for the trouble of driving their.
