Domino's Pizza

My worst experience ever in a restaurant. After 1hour trying to order 1 pizza. Complaining to us and being rude to us, just because we tried to order an offer. After trying to charge extra money to us without any reason. We ordered a pizza. They did it wrong, a complete different pizza than the one we ordered. And they got mad trying to blame us for their fail. Specially the girl with red hair. If anyone reads this, do not go to this place.

The absolute WORST service ever. If I could give no stars, I would. I called multiple times for them to transfer me to another Dominoes in my area, tell me they don’t deliver to my address when I am a 2 minute drive, then I call again for them to play a literal GAME with me and pick up the phone and say NOTHING for 2 minutes. Then I called again and finally reached a guy who was helpful, wish I got his name turns out they do deliver to my address!. Never been so frustrated in my life, you should really hire people that want to work.

I don’t know why the other reviews are so critical the staff is always friendly and yes they can be busy on weekend nights so expect a longer wait but you can fix that by ordering before the rush or place an order and pick it up after an hour! The pizza is regular dominoes pizza not the best but you know what you are ordering it’s what you going to get for the price especially in the city it’s great to get a medium two topping pizza for 5.99 instead of 20 bucks. They alway get my order correct and usually ready on time but I pick up never done delivery so can’t say much about that!

Light speed quick, I placed order on the app, realized I added honey bbq sauce along with the pizza sauce, called the store to remove it from the order and the person understood me and could change it right away. Thanks Dominos team!

Ordered online after an hour it said complete, but the pizza hadn’t been delivered. We called the store and they said the driver was almost here another twenty minutes have passed, no pizza, and the location is only .6 miles away from us

Pizza was super fresh! You can tell the ingredients were fresh.

Called and asked for it to be lightly toasted. Came burnt! Told me, “we are busy. We will send you a new one in an hour”.

Alex the manager is RUDE. I called to ask where my order was an hour after I placed it because it said 30 min to delivery had remained on "prep" for all of that time. Alex said they were backed up and it would be 1-1.5 hour more. Fine. Then I call back after 1+ hour, he says another 1-1.5 hour....?? He was sooo rude and he hung up the phone. After hours of waiting canceled the order. Will not be ordering ever again

If I could give it 0 stars I would. Its been two hours and my order is still on "Prep". I politely called to check in and they said they'd have it ready in 30 minutes. Still says prep. I don't know how this place is still running on such lousy employees, service, and complaints. Doubt I will ever get my pizza.

This is by far the worst experience I have ever had the displeasure of experiencing with Dominos. I understand that the restaurant can get busy and delivery times can be long but my experience with this location is absolutely ridiculous. Delivery took over two and a half hours, and ANY attempt to call the restaurant were completely ignored, they do not answer the phone. It is obvious that customer service is not even on this locations mind. If you have the misfortune of having this location be your primary store like me, I am sorry. Outrageous delivery times combined with non existent customer service makes me wish I could give this store a score of 0.
