Very small space. Parking is an issue. Staff are very disorganized. Our chicken was dry and greasy, the popcorn shrimp was chewy. The fillet in the sandwiches were also dry and over cooked with more coating than chicken. Won’t be going back there.
I've been to MANY popeye's of different levels of quality, but by far this one us hands down the worst I've ever been to. I can't any glimpse of positivity to write here. The food, quality, cleanliness, servers, and even the manager is straight up horrible. I will go again to popeye's, but certainly never to this branch.
Friendly quick service. The chicken was hot, and fresh. What more could you ask for?
Easy to spot location. Huge crowds after the events let out. Friendly staff but often a wait
Needed to repeat my order multiple times. And still was incorrect even with hand gestures indicating how many pieces I wanted. Was then charged for a 4-Piece combo and given two piece meal. Was met with resistance over refund. And overall horrible experience and service over a simple transaction.
Good food. Good service. Clean restaurant. Right next to the Fenway. Go Sox!
The manager here is very rude, to the point that other people in the line commiserated about his tone towards customers. They also don't give people receipts, and it made sense once I saw this sign on our table.
It’s a no for me! My last visit. I found what looks to be a worm half fried stuck to a thigh.. I pulled it off; snapped it in half and returned it
First time eating at a popeyes. Not bad, not great either. Place was busy, but the staff were great, very friendly. Food however left more to be desired. I also have a cold, but the chicken just lacked flavor to me. Their fries and rice and beans were good, tho. As noted I have a cold so my taste buds were a bit muted so I may go back for a second opinion, but I was disappointed in their chicken.
Don’t know why it is closed 4pm. And there is no notice on the door saying why or when will it be closed.
