Donatos Pizza

Chicken sub was made poorly. The amount of meat was so minamal like a kid serving. I had to look hard for the meat on the sub. For a minute I thought she forgot to put the meat on the sub. I went to another location and the sub had plenty chicken on it. Do they teach the workers how to prepare a decent sandwich??? Also the bacon was almost nonexistent. like it was two little brown pieces of bacon that fail off the sandwich. I was highly disappointed with the was my sandwich was prepared. Do better. Parking: Adequate parking.

Pizza is hot and fresh. The ingredients and taste are still reminiscent of the original Donatos pizza taste that has faded over the years. I love this location's pizza.Food: 4/5

The delivery was 30 minutes late. The food is cold. The bacon cheese bread wasn't even cut! Had to heat it up after spending $50 to get an order from 4 minutes away!! Delivery guy was on his phone the entire time!! I WANT ALL MY MONEY BACK. I work too hard for my money to waste it like that!!

100% awful. I haven't been to Donatos in almost a year. I ordered "well done" because its usually really light when you get several toppings. I called back to make sure it was added to my order because the young lady on the phone seemed distracted. When I called back the gentleman said "no ma'am, its not on here but I'll add it." I went to pick it up and got home...horrible. Had to feed the kiddos so I called. Manager - " I can't give you another pizza unless you come back with that one." I was definitely not driving back with a hungry family. I put the pieces in our air fryer but then realized the pizza was only cut on the sides. The pieces were so large they didn't fit. Ridiculous. This was 810p/10.9.20 Very disappointing.

I love donatos so much. I ordered a large cheese pizza and got a pepperoni pizza, homie porked my pizza more than i pork your mom. I just wanted a cheese pizza bruh. The manager dont care either. only in ohio.

It would take to long to explain EVERYTHING that was wrong including burned pizza. Just know a 1 star is generous. We even went back the next day and they were just as rude. How sad for Donatos reputation.Food: 1/5

Called in to place an order of a medium founders favorite pizza and I was told it would be 20 minutes at the charge of $15 and some change. I go to the Donatos 30 minutes later to find out that my order was never placed and I do not have any food to eat. Place the order at the window, and the young man told me to come back in 10 minutes. Returned in 10 minutes to still not having my order completed. Angry enough that I asked for my money And got it, but never had a chance to talk to a manager or given reason as to why my order was not completed!

Poor customer service, won't ever order from this place again. Poor food quality, this is how pizza arrived after waiting over a hour to get it, was only suppose to be 30 minute delivery. This was to a business at that. More a less was called a liar and told couldn't replace unless I came there. If I could have came there in the first place I wouldn't have asked for delivery.

Delicious pizza, the associates in this store do a good job. Donatos is my favorite pizza in Columbus. Lady who took my order was nice. Pizza and sub were piping hot. Excellent!

The Hot Chicken pizza was just like the picture online and it was delicious as well! Unfortunately, the sub was very lacking. Tasted fine but was practically hollow inside. Would definitely give them another try though.
