Donatos Pizza

Well 2 weeks I order. Spent almost 50 dollars. Messed my when order up. The manager Noah would only give me 30 credit instead of giving me my money back. So I use my credit tonight and was told 45 min. I ordered at 5:24 pm and the driver got here at 7:07 pm with a cold pizza. Been trying to call and know they won't answer. Not to mention the black haired girl working looked like she was higher than 3 ppl. What's going on there. Noah u need to do something different. I will be contacting corporate in the morning

I literally made a complaint about this facility not long ago. I decided to try them again since to corporate refunded some money and apologized. However this time is much worse. I sat in the drive through for 20mins and someone parked their car, blocking the window because they got no service. So I parked and walked in and there was a line I had to sit in for 15mins. Definitely do not recommend! Worst Donatos location. Will be going to Sullivan avenue location from here on out.

Got quoted 30 mins for my pick up order to be done, got there at the quote time, food "wasnt" done, had to wait another 30 Mims, when I got my pizza and sub they were ice cold and old, I've tried to call the store 3 times, they will not answer I've sat on hold for 15 minutes each time, I will be calling there corporate office in the morning, because who wants to eat ice cold food after it "wasnt" done!!!

Update, the restaurant still can't follow simple directions such as "LIGHT SAUCE." It is so gross, with sauce oozing out onto the box everywhere. The online ordering is much better, though. Horrible online ordering results in poor quality food. Corporate makes promises stores won't honor. Store management severely lacking in skills. *this place has wonderful food and service, but not consistently* They put so much sauce on the pizza the toppings and cheese slide off. You need a bib to eat....

Donatos in Harrisburg Pike hands down has the best customer service.TJ I believe he’s called definitely turned my frown upside down . He’s listening skills are spot on. TJ is a keeper…. Donatos .

Placed a scheduled order several hours ahead of time, called 10 minutes after it should have been delivered because I hadn’t gotten an email saying it was on its way like they usually send. Was told it would be another 70+ minutes because they were waiting on breadsticks, just breadsticks? Had to ask them multiple times for a refund and wasn’t offered anything for the trouble. I just wanted dinner in the middle of a 14 hour work day, oh well I guess. If they’re too short staffed to make their promised delivery times they need to take fewer orders.

This location never answers the phone, and the employees are always standing outside smoking. Make sure you check your order before you leave because you won’t be able to reach them if it’s wrong.

My 13 year old son is obsessed with Donatos, we order it a 2/3 times a month. Usually no complaints, food is hot and tasty when delivered. However, last two times was very under cooked and had way too much sauce, making it soggy. So on the second time, I decided to call. The manager Amanda was nice and understanding of my concerns. She was quick to have a very perfectly delicious and hot pizza brought back out in exchange for the old one! That restored my faith after two bad orders in a row!

If I could give no stars I would. First thing that happened was I tried to call to place my order I sat on the phone to listen to a recording about ordering online. So while I waited I placed my order online while staying on the phone. No one ever came to the phone. Thank God I figured out how to do it online. My order was promised for 8:26. That was 50 minutes after I ordered. At 9 they still was not here. I live less than 5 minutes away also. Tried to call but of course no one picked up and I hung up. Finally at 9:20pm almost an hour after my promised time the guy showed up. Pizza was not fresh and hot like we was expecting to have for a late dinner. So I got online and emailed a complaint. It's been 3 days and haven't received an email apologizing, offering a credit, or even my $30 back! Will never order from this location again!!

This is one of the worst restaurants I've ever had to deal with my patience is now snapped it is no longer worn thin I ordered food at 6:20 at 7:57 my order still hasn't arrived to my house when I call the store the phone system lets me stay on hold for 10 minutes and then dumps the call customer service isn't open after 5:00 p.m. management at the store doesn't care and if they don't have delivery drivers why even have a delivery service I will never order from this store again and it's a parent that the employees there doesn't care whether or not I do I even doubt corporate cares about me ordering anymore this is now one of the worst companies and I will never order from Donatos anywhere in the country
