I made an appointment at Dosha looking to get an A line and instead I got butchered . As you can see in the pictures . My hair was past my shoulders at the beginning. I left looking like a sci-fi animated cartoon character. I went to another salon to not fix because after well the photo show all ,to cut out and off my hair that the master stylist at dosha did just to get the shape for it to grow into the style I asked for. I posted Dosha definition of a master stylist and I have to ask is this really the standards I had experienced.Unfortunately for choosing a reputable salon I might as well had a stylist in school training to become a stylist do my hair because no professional would of let anyone walk out of an establishment looking like my hair did and claim this work as art and stand behind this work.Service: Haircut
Went for a deep tissue massage and very happy that I did. Staff are friendly and helpful. My therapist was highly skilled and helped work out some deep seated knots. Easy parking at the mall. Planning to go again. Highly recommend.
I still have had zero response. I know that I have sent emails instead of calling1st email 7/2. Still, some sort of response would be nice. I don't like conflict or complaining, but I have spent a lot of money on hair that I absolutely hate and my emails are being ignored. Also, I'm pretty sure I was overcharged/double charged for the service I recieved that was not what I wanted. An all over color plus a creative color and it was just the same as getting a shine and tone at the bowl but in the chair instead with two colors. Omg I just wanted a couple shocks of purple to stand out against the bright red instead its all mixed together and my hair looks like spilled wine. First email: I was in yesterday to get my hair colored. I have been in before multiple times. I have been getting bright red think Jessica rabbit/ Little Mermaid color for my hair. For my last appointment, before yesterday, I asked for a couple purple highlights? to be added. They were not noticeable at all and I mentioned that yesterday. After three washes my the red was washed out/faded looking so much so that I was embarrassed by itpeople were complimenting my new pink hair. I asked to try the purple highlights again with the red and that it be noticeable. I still wanted the bright red. I left yesterday with a head of dark red purple hair. I did not want dark hair. I mentioned immediately that I missed the bright red and what needs to be done to go back. I am upset. I have spent over $500 between the past 2 visits and have not been happy. I am wondering if anything can be done about this. I do not want to come backService: Hair coloring
If I could leave 0 stars I would. So far since Dec. 30th I have sent 2 emails and no response. I had a horrible experience from what seemed like a new masousse giving a textbook massage. The lights were on and turned up full brightness the whole time. It was loud I could hear all the salon noises even in the spa. The rolling stool and snap top products constantly being opened and closed were annoying and she talked almost the whole time. And about herself and her experiences and bla bla. Not relaxing. Not worth $120 for an hour massage. She started late and ended early. I asked if I could wash my hair and get ready for the evening before leaving. I was pointed to a shower room with nowhere to hang my things, hair all over the floor and it was just dirty. I wanted to use the steam room and it was broken. There was nowhere to even dry my hair or put my makeup on after. What kind of spa do you guys think this is? You pay premium spa prices foe SPA services. Like a whirlpool, sauna or steam room, a shower and at least a hair dryer. I was give a nasty cup of tea that was literally the size of a shotglass. Overall horrible experience. Won't go back and hopefully this might help someone else to not go get a massage by Claire or not one there at all. Would love a response to my emails I have sent.
Only go here as a last resort. They are basically a Supercuts in disguise. The stylists are not friendly and have no knowledge of any products other than the Aveda brand that Dosha carries. They do not listen and have given me really bad/ uneven hair cuts the last two times I have visited. Save your money and go elsewhere.
I’ve been getting my hair done here for years. Juliana does an amazing job with my all over blonde. I get compliments everytime I go out on how bright and gorgeous my hair is. Salon is clean, smells nice, and all of the employees are kind. Definitely recommend
I had a terrible experience. I booked a facial, got a confirmation, drove to the salon and then was told that the person I booked with actually wasn’t in today. No call or voicemail left to inform me. This is the second time in a row this has happened at dosha, the first was at the west linn location. They need some serious changes to their scheduling system and communication. Lots Of time wasted.
