Provided reference images and description of cut I wanted, ABSOLUTELY DID NOT DELIVER. Not even a good haircut regardless. Rude and pushy when I told my friend to buy products elsewhere for cheaper. Never going back.

Ridiculously high price for a chain-store basic cut. $28.75?? Especially when the last time I was here was after the supposed price hike and I paid the "old" price.

I've gotten my hair cut here twice. The first time was with Suki - one of the two best hair cuts I've ever gotten in my life, and the most recent was with Yana, who also did an exceptional job.
