Took both my young daughters here today 4 and 6. They asked me to pay before we started so I paid and left a tip. Which I probably wouldn't of done after realizing how bad the cuts ended up being. I asked for the most basic straight cut right across their back. Both their hair is super chunky one being worse the the other. My little ones hair is missing chunks and so uneven and I have to take her back somewhere else tomorrow. The worse thing the instructor never came over to check their work cuz if they had they could have helped fix it. I'm definitely disappointed and for sure won't be going back not worth the IF it will be bad.
The first time I went I had Lily trim and color my hair. She was very proffesional and I felt that she did an amazing job working with an instructor to find an amazing color for me. I went back after three months to have my roots touched up and got Maya. I have to say that she was incredible and her attention to detail is beyond what I have ever experienced in a salon. We ended up cutting about 6 inches off and refreshing my color, it looks AMAZING! I appreciate the time and effort both of these young women put into my hair, they both made me feel very confident in their ability and I would probably seek them out at any salon they end up at. Thank you!
I love going to Phagans. I’ve been going close to 10 years and I’ve never been disappointed. I get my hair wash dry & style. I get a gel polish along with massage for nails and it only cost me $30 + $10 tip for both services. I also get a purple permanent hair color put in every 6-7 months. I tend to stay with the same girl for the time she at Phagans then a month before graduation she introduced me to a new girl that she thinks I’ll like. Please come check out Phagans
Went in for a perm and Kayla was amazing! She took her time to make sure I got exactly the results I wanted and it turned out better than I had even expected. An instructor was close by making sure everything was done correctly.
Another good visit to Phagans! Great cut! The instructor really took his time to make sure the student understood not only how to cut my hair but explained different techniques and the reason for them.
I got my first ever facial today! As someone who has devoted alot of time to finding the right skincare at home it was nice to let someone else do it. The scrubs, masks and lotion, and massages felt so good and my skin glowed so much afterwards! I got the regular spa facial and already put in for another one next month. It was a nice treat and I can't wait to go again. Kaylee was my skin care expert and I would reccomend her!
I would easily give more stars but it's just that one receptionist who sounds like she hates her job. I was left a voice-mail to call back regarding my hair appointment time and when I returned the call I was met with a 'please hold'. I understand the busy season but I was kept waiting for almost 15 mins before being hung up on. I called back again twice to meet the same poor attitude, treatment and tone. I ended up leaving a message hopefully it got saved and listened to.
From da moment I checked in da customer service was exceptional!!! Janelle was super duper fabulous!!!! Loren did both of my services!!!! I had my haircut. When she washed my hair & did my scalp massage it was sooo very relaxin!!!! During my back facial she was sooo very damm amazing!!!! My massage was da very best 1!!! She was very natural @ it!!!! I so njoyed every minute on dat table!!!!! I was sooo very relaxed I booked several more appointments with her!!!!
Best $10 hair cut of my life! The website messed up my appointment, so I couldn’t get my hair colored, but Jenelle and my stylist still got me in and I love my hair! Thanks, ladies!
Paid $90 to have my brother’s hair cut with some red highlights on 2/1. They were there for hours and made him leave because they had no time to cut his hair and the bleed is so bad he has to dye it. My brother would like to appreciate Madi Tatyrek, however.
