Double Edge Fitness - Midtown

My trainer in LA helped find this gym for me when I am in town for work. He wanted a gym that was similar to his style of training. Double Edge was just that. I dropped in for 2 classes on my most recent work trip and I enjoyed both. They were the right kind of tough, Kris was a great coach for Ladies Night too. I will be back when in town.

This facility is a one stop shop! I come here when I am in town visiting family. The staff and the members are always so welcoming. I love that you get a choice of a CrossFit or Lean workout. That way I can mix up my workouts without having to find another facility. The coaches are so knowledgeable, and make me feel safe and in control of my workout. The workouts kick my butt every time.

In Reno on vacation and wanted to try a Crossfit gym. This one was closest and most convenient to get to. Gym was easy to get to, lots of parking. The gym is exceptionally clean and has a lot of equipment. The members were nice and the coaches were welcoming seemed knowledgeable. They offered two different classes at a time, so member could choose which class they wanted to attend. A little pricey for a drop in (25$) but was worth it.

Awesome gym, great coaches and intense workouts. Overall best gym I’ve dropped into!

Whenever I am in town this is the place to work out. The facilities are well kept, spacious, and the coaches are great. This gym embodies what a crossfit community is all about, members are very welcoming. WOD's can be as tough as you make them. I love the option of doing the lean workouts along side the crossfit.
