Love this place. Open 24 hours. Clean and easy to use equipment. Staff is very nice and helpful like Zack and Nick the manager. They have showers, massage therapists, personal trainers, classes and really nice equipment. Personal lockers, water station, towels and awesome food prep meals. They make drinks too.

Excellent Staff, Very Clean facility, great machines for all your work out needs. They also have massage therapy and chiropractic services during business hours.

Intimate sized gym has everything needed for a great weight workout plus cardio with newest, smartest machines, expert staff, classes; all for excellent price. I love this place and especially my new trainer, Lana!

Absolutely my favorite gym that I have ever belonged to! The facility and equipment is new and always clean; they have top of the line stuff! In addition, they have a great workout room where they offer spin classes, etc. There are four fully equipped bathrooms- 2 for female/2 for males- they all include showers. The staff and trainers are all incredibly friendly and helpful. There is a masseuse and chiropractor on staff as well. As someone who has belonged to many fitness centers, this gym has the best qualities to offer!
