Always a pretty long wait to buy anything or check into the gun range, but the employees are extremely friendly and nice, and the range is decent and inexpensive. Very clean. They have a ton of free printed targets so that’s nice too. My favorite thing about this place that raises this from 3 stars to four, is that the employees don’t seem to have the fragile tough guy ego so many other gun store employees do. Easy 5 stars if checking in/out was faster. I also wish they were open on Sundays.

I’ve been coming to Doug’s for years and have always received top quality service. The staff are always very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Dave (the owner) is very professional and always treats customers with incredible respect. The store is always very clean, organized and you can tell they take complete pride in what they do. My Wife and I both took our concealed classes here. The instructor gave a terrific class and answered everyone’s questions effectively. They have an awesome range that has a lot of individual space so that you’re not crammed to the person next to you. I’ve bought several guns here over the years and they have ALWAYS been the lowest price. I really can’t say enough good things about this place. Come check it out and you’ll never want to go anywhere else.

They were amazing!  They explained everything about guns and shooting to my wife, her sister, and our niece who have never shot a gun before. The prices are really reasonable for  both gun rental and shoot range. Both the store part and the range are kept nice. We really enjoyed ourselves and plan to go back very soon.

This store did an excellent job. As a couple of new gun users from California, they did a great job showing us the ropes. We got to fire a m1911 and an AR15. Very great prices and excellent and friendly staff. I would highly recommend to anyone in the Utah area.

I'm really impressed with the quality service the staff always provides when visiting. Some places are in a hurry to get you in and out of there. This isn't the case here. The staff really cares, goes into depth and spends quality time with each customer. We went in the weekend after Christmas to visit the range so I could get a feel for something I could conceal carry, they have a great selection of rentals. We ended up purchasing that same day. I believe the man that helped us is named Mike. Super helpful, went into depth, and made me feel confident that I made the right purchase for my first gun.  We also visited last night, for my fiances birthday. Again I can honestly say I'm super impressed! Yes it was busy, but we didn't wait long at all to be helped... and with the service provided we will always happily wait. 

The owner genuinely cares and wants to make sure his customers are taken care of. You don't see that often anymore. 

Doug and staff, just want to say thank you and we will definitely be returning again! Your quality of service does mean a lot to me.
