Dr. Greer saw me for an emergency eye issue on the July 4th holiday. He diagnosed the condition and started treatment immediately. Dr. Greer kept in touch with me upon my return home to Texas to make sure my eye was healing correctly. Dr. Greer is a blessing to the D.C. area, and I can't thank him enough for the care he provided.

Dr. Greer met with me without hesitation and was able to remove an object from my eye which had been causing me a good deal of anguish. He was quick and competent and I would not hesitate to consult with him again.

I was so happy that Dr. Greer was able to diagnose my eye pain and treat my corneal erosion quickly! Great service. Would recommend him to anyone!

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Greer. Was having an issue with my eye and called him up. I was surprised that he answered himself. He told me to come see him in two hours and when I got there even the receptionist was amazing. Filled out a quick form and was called right back to see him. Dr. Greer was very pleasant, caring, and seemed very knowledgeable and had all the necessary equipment to check out my eye and render his diagnosis. Was able to give me medicine right on the spot and asked that I check back with him directly in three days. I was in and out in less than 30 mins and felt relieved that I had come to see Dr. Greer. Would definitely recommend him!!

Girlfriend was having severe eye pain and searched all over for an eye doctor open on the weekends. Thanks to Google, found Dr. Greer. We drove 1.5 hours to his place in DC, he opened his office just for us on a Sunday! He was courteous and fixed our issue quickly. Definitely recommend him!

Excellent service and effective treatment plan. Dr Greer saw me right before Xmas Eve for a toddler injury to my eye. He reopened his clinic upon my call, diagnosed and treated me in the most professional and courteous way I have ever experienced from a medical professional in DC. Superb doc!

Highly disappointed!!!! Photo on website is misleading...much older. While Dr. Greer is friendly enough...I did not feel the good Dr. took my situation seriously...everything seemed a joke as though my current issues are not valid concerns and politely told to "grin and bear it"...w/out using the phrase! My issues were gravely impacting my abilities to complete tasks at home & work & see clearly, yet he laughed them off as my being petty and claimed my eyes have a clean bill of health. I have worn glasses/contacts over 40 years and have had issues that were serious enough to warrant treatment but suddenly, in the midst of a problem, my eyes are good. I have sought additional assistance and am receiving treatments that have helped tremendously and am seriously considering filing a complaint. He doesn't take insurance so the insurance companies can't touch him for malpractice. My time was wasted and my $$$ stolen to tell me to "wait it out". Although this office is very conveniently located...there shall NOT be any referrals from me. The star is for phone etiquette and giving me an appointment for the same day. In reality, I felt I was treated as a child needing a pacifier.

Dr. Greer is a knowledgable and accessible doctor. The whites of my eyes were bright red and uncomfortable for about three weeks. After an unsuccessful visit to the optometrist and two visits to urgent care, I found Dr. Greer and was able to get a NEXT DAY appointment. Dr. Greer was thorough and gave me a comprehensive assessment. His prescribed Rx cleared my eyes in under two days. I'm definitely keeping his info on speed dial for future eye care needs.

Dr. Greer is fantastic. I was so nervous prior to visiting his office, but he was informative, helpful, and calming! He was very efficient and provided me with a better medicine for my eye condition that more effectively treated the issue. I saw improvements the very next morning. Dr. Greer also checked in with me a couple days later to make sure I was better - that’s some top-tier service in my opinion! 10 stars for Dr. Greer!

I cannot recommend Dr. Greer enough to anyone looking for a new eye doctor. I was nervous to see someone new during the pandemic but he took every possible precaution wore a mask through the entire visit, asked me to wait outside in the waiting room while my pupils were dilating, etc.. He also took the time to answer all of my many questions and concerns related to my eyes and I never felt rushed or like he was being dismissive of questions that may have seemed silly. He was also extremely kind and friendly and I appreciated his demeanor. I felt extremely safe throughout the visit and Dr. Greer even asked that I let him know how my new prescription was working for me after I was able to wear my updated contacts for a few days. I am definitely planning to return to Dr. Greer in the future!
