I have been wearing glasses and/or contacts my whole life. The worst customer service by far. If you have a choice go somewhere else. One redeeming factor was the doctor. She was good and informative. Its the front desk workers. All the other were correct about them.

Although there are at times long wait they are professional. The Doctor is very personable and the staff is relatable.

I received my glasses with the Blue blocker for my computer and phone. They work great. Thank you staff and especially Whitney. Dr. Kimmeth explained how important the Blue blocker is for daily use on my computer. Thank you again.

Really bad customer service, non-attentive personnel to the point of rudeness. Really disappointing from start to finish so I just ended up leaving the place after a terrible experience and significant wasted time.

Clean environment, pleasant staff and doctor.

Do not go to this optic if you want your glasses to be done as soon as possible. I went to this optic November 19th, 2020 and it’s currently January 4, 2021 and my glasses still aren’t ready. If I could give it 0 stars I would. It is ridiculous as to how I’ve been waiting for almost two months now for ONE pair of glasses.

I tried to make a eye exam appointment and I was left on hold for 10 minutes and 54 seconds and than was transferred to the voicemail. I call back and was left on hold for 4 minuets and 57 seconds.
