Had a few minutes of free time before my train so stopped in on a whim. They were GREAT! Staff helped me narrow choices, make a decision, and get fitted in no time. They are friendly and helpful.
Shaina and Marine in the store provided excellent customer service. They were very welcoming and kind, and understood the tiredness of a long work day. As a long-term WP customer, I truly appreciate such great attitude and service.
Great Customer Service at the Union Station location. I ordered 2 pairs of glasses on Tuesday and one pair arrived Saturday and the other on Sunday.
First of all, let me say I am an absolute lover of Warby Parker and the glasses I have received on my three previous trips to other locations. However, recently I went into the Union Station location hoping to receive the same service I received at other location and was terribly disappointed. The Male Curly Head Rep, first of all was more interest in the game he was playing on his phone then assisting me and I was standing right in front of him. He acted as if I was distrubing him. My question, was about a pair of glasses I purchased at another location and I wanted to see if I could place the lenses in a new pair. I showed him the glasses and some from my phone that I liked, he stated none of them would fit. So then, I wanted to see other types of glasses simular to mine and got no response from him. Instead he walked off to assist someone else. Being a Sr. Mgr myself for some 25 yrs in CS enviroment I was extermely taken aback by his awful attitude and disposition, even though another kind lady came out to try and fix the issue. I wil go back to North Bethesda, Georgetown or Columbia for service.
Wanting a new pair of sunglasses that I probably couldn't pick out myself, I asked sales associate Shaina to help me find something new and fun and different. Creative in her fashion sense while still considering practicalities, Shaina was excellent in her advice, helping me to whittle down an impressive array of both frames and lenses. If you put yourself in her hands, you can't go wrong...and you'll come out looking better for it!
Amazing service - I had a damaged pair of glasses and my day was ruined and they got me fixed up and out the door in no time. 10/10 service!!
I went in not knowing what I wanted. Then I was greeted by friendly staff that gave me all my options so kindly. An employee Meesha/Misha? I hope I didn’t butcher that went above and beyond to help me choose my frames. I couldn’t decide anyways and got two the Robbie and campbell lol. The optometrist was kind and informative as well. Another employee also gave great food recs. Best experience ever. Thank you so much WP team!
I have been curious about trying Warby glasses for a while, and while waiting for a train, I decided to venture into the Union Station location to browse. The Sales associate SyAra sp?/ forgive me for not catching the proper spelling was attentive and addressed all my concerns regarding purchasing glasses. She even helped me step outside my comfort zone by choosing a frame style I usually would not have gone with. Overall, the experience was good, and I would definitely recommend this location.
Cassie is awesome! I have a prescription for progressive glasses for the first time in my life. I had some idea of frame styles I wanted. Cassie let me try everything on and has great suggestions. When I said I was nervous to wear progressives she recommended a style for first timers. I got them the other day and they are perfect! I eased into them right away. I very much appreciate the time Cassie spent with me and her insight. It no doubt helped me get the right frame and kick off a good experience with progressives!
Cassie, the store manager, was very responsive. She answered questions and we were able to make informed decisions. I needed a narrow bridge and found a pair of frames that fit well and the color I was looking for. My husband also got a pair of frames. We were happy with the service. The store has excellent selections!
