A curated collection of exceptional and unique eyewear! Though, the quality of their eyewear is only outdone by the quality of their customer care. I purchased a modern delicate frame a few years ago with progressive lenses that were expertly crafted. From time to time I notice that they loosen and the fit changes. Tony and Yolanda are always happy to retighten and refit my glasses, and each time they do so with professionalism, kindness, and a personal touch. There is no other choice for fashionable eyewear in the DMV!

If only I could provide a 7-star review! Tony and Yolanda demonstrated extraordinary expertise, care, and candid advice in locating the ideal frames for me. You will find high-caliber eyewear here that is difficult to find elsewhere, but I believe the primary reason celebrities, politicians, and others shop at InSight is the exceptional quality of service that extends beyond the point of sale.

Headed to InSight Opticians to ask for help. Without any hesitation, the owner helped me tightened the screws and also cleaned the glasses, all in a minute. Highly appreciate the help.

Within a minute of walking through the door, they picked the perfect glasses for me. Three years later, I still love the glasses and they are in perfect condition. He went well above and beyond and I want to say that speaks volume during these crazy times....I contacted 3 optical shops the day before and it was not impossible to make an appointment or even speak to a representative! Very helpful staff. Did a great job helping me make some adjustments to my glasses, which I didn’t get there. However, they also have a great selection of frames, so I plan to go back in the near future and make a purchase. If you’re loooing for great choices and excellent customer service, this is the place to go!
