Great Place! Very friendly and personable staff. Exam took less than 30 minutes. Multiple staff even helped with picking out perfect frames. 1000% customer service.

Everyone who works here is so friendly! Their COVID procedures are great - they take your temp, give you a fresh sterile mask, have hand sanitizer, and clean the stations thoroughly between each customer. I’ve been going here for two years now and they’re my favorite eye doctor in DC - highly recommend!

I love coming here. The staff is so nice and competent. Service is always fast but everyone is very polite. Toya helped me pick out my contacts, she explained everything thoroughly about my insurance and made sure I understood the cost and what was covered. I come back here every year.

I had a great experience at this Chinatown location. Every person I interacted with was very pleasant and helpful. I started with progressive lenses and decided they weren't for me. The staff was great in helping me choose a better option. I highly recommend this location.
