Ms. Jackie is the nicest sweetest person ever. Her Customer services skills are amazing! I was not expecting much based on the low reviews but got a pleasant surprise. She helped fix my glasses and was so attentive to me and other customers in the store. Eye site your lucky to have Ms. Jackie!
I love Eye Site!! I’ve always had a good experience! Yes, there have been time where my glasses have taken over 5 weeks to come but that has ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to do with the facility but your INSURANCE COMPANY! Therefore you should inquire about the wait with your insurance to know what to expect! However, I often pay out of pocket to have a back up pair and NATHANIEL has always made a way for me to receive them within 2/3 days. There was even an instance where he’s put my prescription in with an hour! Really... who can beat that?! I advise anyone to ask for him Monday-Friday!!
Great service! Had a great experience scheduling and getting an eye exam. Dr. Gregory and her staff were attentive and the experience was positive.
The only problem they have...so many customers, you can't get an appointment for a while, but once I got in there, the staff was fun, the doctor was funny and nice, and when I made my appointment, it was easy and when I called to ask for an appointment reminder, they gave me no problems giving it to me over the phone. Im not sure about the wait of glasses yet, so I'm gonna see how that goes, but I'm gonna make sure I get my glasses.
Wow!!!! What an improvement. I was just seen today, I was lucky enough to call and catch a cancellation....OMG Let me first start off by saying the staff were superb!!! Professional, prompt, personable, friendly, funny. I was in and out. Seen on time and NOT rushed. I received a exemplary examination and even learned a thing or two about my eye sight and what was going on with some of the changes in my vision. I hadn't been here in over 3 years due to the previous staff, NOT the doctor the former doctor was very nice and professional but that front office crew UGH!!! So understandably I was very hesitant about going in today but after today's visit I feel compelled to let people know what a great office this has now become. Gone are the days of the GHETTO fabulous crew and the dawn of a new day is upon us here in NE DC. Check them out if you were once a patient and left because of the unprofessionalism now is a good time to return. Outstanding customer service!!!!! I will definitely be a regular as long as they continue with this type of service.
First they got my name wrong in the system a whole nother persons name.They told me it was going to take 4-5 weeks to recieve my glasses no call. I waited another week to call. A man answered the phone and was so rude. I asked him can he check to see if my glasses were ready he told me to call back he's busy. I asked him can someone else check he told me they cant they're busy helping a customer. Then why answer the phone so i refused to call back. Then i was told it wasnt 4-5 weeks it was 6-8 weeks. I cant wait that long i have to keep rescheduling my road test to get my license. Its been to months already for one pair of glasses. When i went to Americans Best i got a great deal on two pair of glasses a free eye exam and my glasses we're ready within two weeks. This is poor product planning this is not how you run a business. To many complaints it would be forced to shut down. I go to school for Business Management trust me they wont last long here. My mom took me here when i was young it was never like this. Need new employees with better customer service skills and time management needs to take effect. Thumbs down for me.
I have been waiting for my glasses since 1/26/17 and they are giving me the run-around about my glasses but they are still taking orders instead of making sure I received my glasses it is like they don't care no one should have to wait that long and on top of that my husband has his but not me and on Monday they had me come like they we're there and nothing but it's okay this is sad they don't care so what do you do in a case like this? And then when you call them they get mad hang up the phone and be nasty to there's one lady that's okay named Sandra thanks but I need my glasses
This has got to be the worst vision center in the world. I took my glasses in for repair on April 1 2015, and I haven't gotten them back as to date. I have called several times, I have been hung up on, left on hold I leave my number to get a call back, but that call never comes. I called today and was placed on hold so long that I decided to hang up. All I want are my glasses, and every time I call I can't seem to get any service and my patience is growing very thin. Some employees are rude they ignore customers and have you sitting and waiting for up to 30 minutes while they are talking and laughing. I would rather not do business with the office.
They are always nice and polite. The dr has even gone out of her way to repair and replace my sons frames until the new ones came in. They just need more help in the front line but other than that my experience has been great
Never coming back here again. It’s been 2 to 3 months since I got my eyes checked out and no call has been made . I called up and they tell me my glasses are ready so when was I gonna get a call?
