Downtown chicken

Staff attitude was good, pleasant and well mannered but the chicken was very bad, all of them are burned. Please check well guys before paying the bill. Don’t ignore it like I did.Food: 1/5

Reasonable Fried Chicken brand in Abudhabi. In dubai it is called as Toit. Toit is very famous and always crowded in Toit for Takeaway orders Pricing and tasty are the brownie points for Downtown Abudhabi. Very affordable pricing 2 pcs @ 9 AED . Good deal , Right ? Descent and small dinning place, they have more of Lassi Shop Menu with Fried Chicken Menu. Strongly recommended for Fried Chicken cravings from Abudhabi

Fried chicken was ok... Better than what you get in lulu. Chicken was bit dry... Can't complain about crust. I ordered a spicy one and it was ok in hotness. Iam not commenting about the spices as everyone's pallet is different. They have a lot of juices, shakes and ice creams. Should try it. Pocket friendly. Value for money.

Not a customer friendly staff, i came in and was about to take a order, when one guy came in into the store, i think from another shop they just talk for a while without paying attention to me, then a another guy came in to the store this one is a delivery guy delivering stuff for the store. He again entertained this guy first instead of me as a customer. Its was a bit ironic because the staff should entertain customers first before anything else! The staff does not care at all and take note note this restaurant just open few months ago.

Staffs are very rude. And' everytime I ask fried chicken they told fried chicken was finished. At, the same time he frying chicken infront of me, then he told fried chicken was finished. They cook a fried chicken infront of me. I saw it. I ask, i want fried chicken and he is told "fried chicken was finished. Bad customer service. I never recommend the hotel to anyone.

Lessy is best .. all kinds .. reasonably priced. Fried chicken is too crispy/crunchy .. if you like it that way .. try the Loaded chicken Fry
