An hour before my visit I was called and told DPC was "not seeing sick patients" and that my appointment was not being honored. After a back and forth with the doctor Dr. Pearlstein via the receptionist I was told I wasn't allowed to come in and go to an urgent care. This was not a Covid19 or respiratory issue, no fever. The lack of care, sympathy, and disregard for someone "sick" from a doctor / doctors practice is so so shameful. What's the value of a primary care practice that has a culture of refusing their patients care?
Solid Primary care doctors. Short wait times, attentive staff, clean office. All women practice makes it a particularly comfortable environment for women patients.
