Dr. Charles Optical

Dr. Charles is really amazing. I would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone looking for an eye doctor. He was one of the best Optometrists that I have even been to. He was super nice, and professional, and very helpful. His staff is really nice, and helpful, and so sweet. This was my first visit to him as my insurance recently changed, and old optometrist did not take my insurance anymore. I wish that I had known about Dr. Charles Optical years ago. Thank you so much!

I have been going to Dr. Charles for optical care for years. I must say I enjoy going even more, now that he has a private practice. Still the same First Class and person to person service with an amazing vibe, stylish selection of frames and friendly staff. Dr. Charles takes his time during my exams. I never feel rushed like I'm "just another patient". They also carry cool styles for everyone's price point. If you're in the Atlanta area this is an amazing place. I highly recommend Dr. Charles. You won't be disappointed.

Had a great experience during my first visit, Dustin was super knowledgeable & was able to answer all of my wild questions. Dr. Patel was exceptionally nice & made me feel super comfortable as we went about the exam. And lastly, Kia was superb in providing me with great frame options, including honest feedback on how they fit the orientation of my head/face. I’ll definitely be recommending my friends & family.

I typically never write reviews but I love my new eye doctor so much that I have too! The atmosphere is so relaxing, laid back and very chill. Dr. Charles is one of a kind! Very hands on, super cool and amiable.

I love Dr. Charles I drive two and half hours to come see him. Dr.Charles is a highly recommended and respected man who take his time out to vet the job done. I just got my new glasses from Eye-Conic today. It's an awesome location here in West Midtown Atlanta off Northside Dr. The staff is super friendly, professional and the office is hip. The technology used for exams is state of the and Dr. Charles is simply terrific. He is very knowledgeable and takes time to answer any questions and explain any procedures.

Used to be wonderful, but ever since Dr. Charles left the office is poorly run. Making appointments, getting my prescription all have been very challenging though what is now a call center used to be directed straight to the office.

I’ve worn glasses my entire life and Dr. Charles has simply been the best. The atmosphere is very welcoming & after my visit it’s like I have brand new eyes‼

Don’t waste your time going anywhere else. Dr. Charles is quite possibly the best practitioner in the city. I’ve had glasses since I was 8 and contacts since 13, and this is hands down the best care I’ve ever received!

Great experience getting fitted for contacts for the first time in 10 years. Gave me an opportunity to find the contacts that worked best with my difficult eyes. Picking up the contacts I ordered was also perfect. All around perfect.
