Dr. David A. Wiles, MD

Dr Wiles and his entire staff are wonderful! I have trusted them with my care for 17 years. I have had several surgeries, injections and lots of testing. They take their time and answer your questions. I have been very well taken care of and I wouldn't dream of going elsewhere!

Dr. Wiles did my back surgery in 2001 it was the best thing I ever did. In 17 yrs I have never had one bit of pain and do anything that I want.

I seen Dr Wiles. I have been diagnosed with scelosis, bulging disc, & stenosis. I think he has no manners or cares about the patient. He took no longer than 10 minutes of his time. I would not recommend him at all.

Dr. Wiles was my Christmas miracle. I was in extreme pain and no pain medication worked. I could only lay in the fetal position, could not walk, sit, or move. I came to the ER just before Christmas weekend. I was scheduled for a laminectomy after the first of the year because my orthopedic surgeon was on vacation. Dr. Kominek and Dr. Wiles were recommended and their PA came right away, then Dr. Kominek and Dr. Wiles got me worked in surgery right away. The surgery dept. was closed for the Christmas weekend except for life threatening situations. I was their last surgery. He did a posterior depression and discectomy. This is now the next day. I'm pain free and probably be home by Christmas. Because of the doctors at the East TN Brain and Spine Center, I have been blessed with the best Christmas present I have ever had.

My husband had chronic pain from a "pinched" spinal cord for years (not knowing this!) and was finally diagnosed by the VA, and then referred to Dr Wiles for surgery.... all discomfort and pain had subsided within a day or 2. For the time and duration that he had been in pain, this was nothing short of miraculous! WE also LOVE his staff! Accolades to Dr Wiles!!
