WORST AND MOST UNPROFESSIONAL OFFICE EVER!!!
I recently moved to CT from NJ and called Dr Kloth's office and they told me to send my records. I had a lot of records so they were put on cd's and mailed for signature. They said they never got my records! i told them who signed for them and they said they must have been sent upstairs. they would look. I keep calling and calling, they still can't find my records! they asked that the previous doctor send demographics and medication list by fax. that was done a month ago! I have been trying to become a patient of Dr Kloth since March, 2018, and it is now going for June 2018!! I do not have any state insurance. We pay for our insurance and have one of the best. I call every week and leave a message but NO ONE RETURNS MY CALLS!!!!

Worst office. The front staff is rude, Dr Kloth is so unprofessional. He swears at his staff and patients! Watched him throw a chart at one of nurses. They have AC on which makes it colder in the office then the winter temps outside. Wouldn’t recommend him if you were my family member!

I have never been more scared of a doctor in my life! He was informed of my prior nerve sensitivity in my spine. Before this procedure i was given Valium (i informed them it had no effect), then they administered an injection to numb the cervical area of my spine before the main injection deeper into my neck. I was so nervous due to the fact they scared me stating “if i even move a millimeter i could be paralyzed for life”. Long story short without any body restraint, sedatives and knowing i could feel all that is happening he pushed the needle deep into my spine and the pain i endured made my body involuntarily jump. He then began to rant and rave Yelling at me that I could have caused paralyzation in my body and he would be at fault and lose his license. I have never experienced a doctor like this I feel emotionally scarred and I left crying worrying that any movement I do outside of the doctors office could still paralyze me. He gave me no confidence whatsoever that I would be OK after this procedure. BTW the nursing and clerical staff was amazing, caring and understanding.

Dr. Kloth seems extremely knowledgeable. After several years of pain after a spinal fusion seeing incompetent doctors, Dr. kloth recommended prolotherapy. I am hopeful for the first time. His staff is also lovely!

He and his staff don't belong in serving those who are disabled! He is the most rude and arrogant sob I've ever dealt with. He thinks he's gods gift to insurance, and it's his duty to collect as much $ for them both as humanly possible. If you dare question him or his lame staff about anything, apparently including pre-op procedures, one better plan on finding another doctor! He had the audacity after keeping me waiting for an appointment for almost a month and after getting the MRI he needed to make his determination of where he would be injecting the epidural, he has his staff call me two (2!) hours prior to my procedure to tell me that because I was rude? I was not going to get my injection as planned and I was being "discharged" from the practice! What total garbage!! So because he didn't like that I called to ask questions... I don't get treated! I don't know but that sounds illegal to me!! What do you think? My other doctor has now found, 2 months later, thank goodness, a new, wonderful Pain Management doctor who I know I'll be very happy with and he's right in my home town. Funny how these things finally work out but so much grief and PAIN! You'll be sorry.
