I was referred to Dr J. Benavente and I have to say, I was highly impressed. No wait time at all. Takes his time in answering any questions or concerns you may have. Ariel was amazing! I will recommend this Doctor to everyone I know! Thanks Doctor and Ariel!

.....*****....NICE RESPONSE, YOU SEEM TO BE REMEMBERING THINGS THAT DIDN'T HAPPEN!! AMBETTER GAVE ME YOUR INFORMATION IMMEDIATELY BEFORE I CALLED YOUR OFFICE AND TALKED TO YOU!! Unless I have some sort of memory issues, THERE'S NO WAY I WOULD FORGET WHAT MY INSURANCE COMPANY WAS SECONDS BEFORE I CALLED YOU WITH THE CONTACT INFORMATION MY INSURANCE COMPANY GAVE ME ABOUT YOUR OFFICE!! Also, DOCTOR!!!!! I was home ALL DAY and would have received your phone call IF YOU HAD CALLED BACK, because I was sick in bed with shingles WITH MY PHONE NEXT TO ME!!!!!!!! Thank God the shingles DIDN'T spread to my eyeball after getting "sneered" out of your office.. Munster Eyecare Associates took care of me the very next day and were kind, professional and DIDN'T misrepresent what insurance they take.. Integrity sir, TRY IT!!!! Original post: Was told by Dr on phone he took my insurance. Got to office, I was told that I told the doctor a different insurance they don't take (so, I'm making up insurance information to tell the doctor)... When I showed receptionist a horrific shingles outbreak near my eye when asking how much to see the doctor with cash, she smirked and said an amount over $100... I decided to go because there was an eye doctor WHO DID TAKE MY INSURANCE three blocks away which opens first thing tomorrow and I'm hoping my eye doesn't get worse overnight...
