It was the quality of the eye exam that brought me back to lenscrafters. I am not impressed with the price and quality of lenscrafters, but the eye exam is far superior to any others that I wanted to come back for that.

My experience here was just okay. It was my first time having an eye exam so I didn't really know what to expect. What upset me was after I got my prescription and was attempting to buy glasses online. There was no number on my prescription for PD. I called, thinking there was a mistake. The person I spoke to said, "Unfortunately, we don't include that unless specifically asked for. So you would have to come back." Which basically means they are trying to squeeze another $30 and try to get you to buy LensCrafters. Don't let them take advantage of you, especially if this is your first time going to the eye doctor. I was very upset. We ended up measuring my PD at home with a ruler.
