Dr. Ron Kondoff

Excellent service before and during my visit. I had to cancel a previous appointment but was placed on the call list. I received multiple calls backs to get me in sooner and I really appreciate the effort in following up with clients. Always had great experiences and this one was no difference. Keep up the great work this is an awesome dentist office.

My visit was nice. Everyone was friendly. Sorry I was to late to give Dr. Ron Kondoff a good bye for his retirement. He was my dentist since the 80's. Hope to get to know the new staff and have nice dental care from them all.

I was very displeased with my experience! I had an 11 am appt for a filling that was to take 10-15 minutes. Another patient getting a crown replacement arrived 10 minutes after I checked in. She was taken back first and I waited 40 minutes. I was only called back after I complained. Both of us were scheduled to see Dr. McKee @ 11. He was unapologetic & has lost my respect & probably my business. I have to add that his hygienist Robin has been awesome over the many years I have been a patient there!

Very disappointed. Do not come to this place. Since they transfer from Dr Kondoff to Dr McKee, their works and system are terrible. They did not care if I have changed insurance ID nor asked my insurance card when I checked in. They let me go home without paying anything after the appointment even if I double checked if I need to pay, they said no. Then on my way home I received a call that I need to pay for co-pay. The worst is few days later I got a big bill said my insurance wasn’t covered. After a while, I figured out they didn’t claim with right insurance ID. Causing too much trouble and waiting too much time. TERRIBLE SERVICE.

They are the best. I love Dr. McKee"s new location. His staff is great. Love Trish! They are very caring efficient and overall a very pleasant visit every time I go.

The Dental tech was very gentle and thorough. Love the battery operated tools! It was a pleasant experience.

Entire staff are very professional. The implant and bridge Dr. Kondoff completed are great. Staff were very helpful and professional during my cleaning process today. The new hygienist, Kim, did a great job.

My Dad age 96 and I switched to Dr. McKee’s dental practice about a year ago and we could not be happier. We have seen both Dr. McKee and Dr. Hamlett and they are both great. His hygienists and staff are also top notch. Highly recommended!

I love the staff. They all make you feel like you've been knowing then forever. If you ever feel down when you're walking into the office. By time you leave you will be walking out with a big happy smile on your face. I thank all of you.

Dr Kondoff and his staff are always professional courteous and caring. I’m not fond of getting my teeth worked on, But Dr Kondoff is the only one I would go to. He is and they are user-friendly.
