I have seen all the dentists in the practice at one time or another and they are ALL wonderful. Dr. Santos is my regular dentist and she is amazing! Very gentle…no judgement and for a lot of us that is important ….and really works with you to get a treatment plan together that works for you. Can’t ever say I love going to the dentist but if you have to go this is the place to go!

I have been seeing Dr. Folck for many years as have both of my kids and the attitudes and service received from this practice has never been anything other than incredibly thorough and professional. Pam has been the primary front desk employee for many years and is amazing. I only just dealt with Heather for the first time recently to discuss billing issues, and she was absolutely fantastic. I also had my first encounter with Dr. Squire recently, and she is amazing as well. I can't say enough good things about this practice and my experiences with them. If you want a highly professional atmosphere in which to acquire top shop dental care, do yourself and your family a favor and utilize this practice.

Absolutely impressed from walking in all the way to check out. Everyone was very polite. I have horrible anxiety when it comes to the dentist and they managed to make me feel comfortable. Dr. Folck spoke to me like a person, not making me embarrassed because it had been a number of years since I had seen anyone. Highly recommended this office to anyone looking for a dentist.

Dr Santos and the team at Smile by Design always put the patient’s needs first. I trust them like family and am always treated with understanding and kindness. I am so appreciative of everything they have done for me. Joining this practice was an excellent decision.

Smile by Design is AMAZING place to go to for ANY dental work! All the ladies I have met so far have been so kind, helpful and educated me on how to take better care of my teeth. I couldn’t choose a better place to go! They take really could care of me and my soon to be husband! I highly recommend this dental office!

I have had a dentist phobia all my life. This experience has erased over 50 years of that phobia. Everybody, from the time you walk in to the time you walk out is engaging, kind, patient and most of all very respectful to you. Even better, they have the most advanced equipment that I have seen in any dental office. There aren't enough positive adjectives to describe the wonderful experience I had. To the entire staff at Smile By Design, I am so very thankful for you all.

I had some major work needing to be done and have horrible dental anxiety. The office was patient and talked about financing and helped me make a game plan for my work to be completed. Lillith V. Was the dental assistant for my procedure and talked to me a reassured me that it was going to be ok and genuinely cares about clients and I appreciate that. I scheduled a first visit about a week in advance. I was told when I scheduled the appointment that all the services i needed could easily be provided in a single visit. The day of the appointment, they called me and said the doctor didn’t have time for me, and they suggested separating the services I needed into 3 different appointments. I had already spent 30 minutes completing the new patient paperwork, and took an entire day off from work, all to be told that the doctor wasn’t willing to see me. The receptionist that called me Heather was incredibly rude, not willing to help, and continuously spoke over me. I will happily be looking elsewhere.

I was having a emergency and they was able to get me in the same day. Everyone was super nice and attended. Thank you ladies so much I feel great and is all thanks to you. I definitely will recommend this place

I have been coming to SBD with Dr. Santos for 16yrs now. My son is now 10 and he loves coming as well. Their staff is amazing and we've never had a bad experience. How many can say that they look forward to going to the dentist. Mary is my current dental hygienist and she is awesome. She does an outstanding job each time. Keep up the great work.
