New clients should NOT buy into Drake for CWU right away. CWU is on its way out in favor of a new product that has no actual release date yet (as of 10/23/17). This creates a "no-mans-land" for new clients in need of training because it is no longer available due to the new replacement. The only thing more disappointing than spending over $1,100 for this product is that when I expressed my discontent, it went unresponded to. A crickets chirping kind of moment. It has been over a week since I emailed three different addresses with absolutely no response. I bet it's a pretty good product but I couldn't possibly tell you because of my aforementioned whoes.

Drake needs to improve on training video. Drake have sent me a video for a training on the software I have the way I finally got it in the mail after two months and there’s nothing on need more work on training we need to know the software
