Have always enjoyed myself here. Only complaint I have as of recent is the hours on Google say they’re open 24 hours which is not the case. After attempting to visit a few weeks ago the place was closed. I called to check the hours and the recording says it is open 24 hours with a small window closing from 2am to 9am Wednesday mornings… noted. After attempting to visit a few times again on other weekdays avoiding the small closing window, they were closed throughout other weekdays after 2am. Even stopped by last Thursday shortly after 2am, the Open sign was on and the door was open, but when I walked in I was told by the person behind the counter who was chatting with a couple in the store, that they were closed. What’s the deal? Please post your actual open hours correctly online and also please update the phone recording where there is an option a caller can select specifically to find out open hours to correctly reflect the actual open hours.

Always a good time I just take issue with the fact that if you say 24 hours. Stay open during the cleaning. The place is big enough to shift people from 1 side to the other during cleaning. Paying to come in at 3:30am then kicked out an hour later isn't fair.

Stopped in last night. Super friendly. Great toy selection. I saw that they’re hiring and asked for an app but the guy didn’t know where they were. Maybe next time

Nice enough place. Too overpriced for me, and for the largest adult store in Philly, I expected a much larger toy selection.

Cashiers are very RUDE I was visiting Philadelphia 7-5-20 called the store to ask for their hours which they said the close at 12 before I could even ask the hours of operation so I said when do you open the guy rudely said 10 am the hung up before I could ask any other questions never been to the place before and with that being said will not go because of the rudeness of the attendant that answered the phone Who ever worked on July 5, 2020 need to work on their customer professionalism

9:40 p.m. the worker at Charlie dreams is very disrespectful he got food Lodge up on his teeth very dirty mouth must not be brushing his teeth calling customers out of their name I told him that I will report that to management I'm paying my own money not ask for nothing and guy is very disrespectful

VERY RUDE STAFF.. HAD A VERY UNPLEASANT SHOPPING EXPERIENCE THERE.. SO BAD I END UP PUTTING EVERYTHING BACK REFUSING TO SPEND MY MONEY WITH PEOPLE THAT WAS BEING COMPLETELY RUDE FOR NO REASON.. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL

Today was Monday 8/27/18,this morning at dream boutique,I never come back to this place no more, the short , chubby black girl at the cashier was mean n very rude to me, she look like she mad at you the world,she shouldn’t be infront if she act like that, she is Bad for business, scare customers away , She very Disrespectful,
