Don't know much about this company, but I saw a T&C van labeled TC-4 on 4/18/2018 pass me while I was on a bike in Cary on Reedy Creek Road and they almost ran head-on into a school bus. All to save 2 seconds to stop at a red light about 100 feet down the road. I wouldn't trust them with passengers.

To whom it may concern:
Your driver in a Blue Dodge Durango A12 almost caused an accident at the four way stop on Johnson Pond and Optimist Farm. Teach her the rules of the four way stop and especially not to check your phone when you pull up, so you know which order to proceed in.
I am very concerned with the safety of any of her passengers and am contacting the National Transportation Safety Board, Department of Motor Vehicles, and the Better Business Bureau.
She's certainly not:

First, the way in which you allowed your driver to respond to the previous review, is quite bad. Yes, everyone can make mistakes but that is something you, as a driver whom is responsible for other life's in the car, should already know not to allow to happen to prevent any accidents from happening. You don't have to be in a drivers business or looking at their every move to realize they are making poor decisions as a driver.
The driver also mentioned, they answer calls from the parents or other office members in case of emergency, well I can tell you that after almost four years with Wake County schools and having this company as their transportation, only one driver has ever answered any of my calls and I'm a parent.
Drivers seem to just have their own schedule and seem to go to work as they please. I find my self having to call their office at least once a week because my kids are not being picked up on time, they are being dropped of late to class most of the week, and they almost never seem to know what is happening with their drivers. I always give at least a 20 to 25 minute window before I make any calls. I never get a call back from their office, and I always have call back after 20 to 30 minutes sometimes I even wait an hour just to find out they are running late which can happen to anyone, but not two or three times a week every other week, the driver decided to take a day off and not notify anyone, or they simply still don't know what is happening and they can't contact the driver because they don't answer their phone. They have very poor control of what is goes on and of how to properly manage a situation.

I am the driver of the Blue Dodge Durango, my company is allowing me to respond and defend myself. Thank you for that review, glad you're a concern citizen. I am a very safe and professional driver. I would never put anyone's life at stake.I did not almost cause an accident. The other driver did. I also know the rules of the four way stop and maybe all of you other guys, who was just sitting there, don't? If we all just sit there then no one would leave. I also don't "glance" at my phone unless it's an emergency, my company, and/or the parents of the kids on my cab. You must have been paying a lot of attention to me. Geesh!!! Maybe Andrew needs to get his facts straight before slandering someone and making them look bad. Also, Andrew needs to mind his business and get a life, which he apparently doesn't have! He should have better things to do with his time I would think than to write on google.
Also even IF i made a "Honest mistake", people are not entitled to mistakes? SORRY! I'm human! You act as if I wanted to kill everyone sir.
