Dry Dock Depot R.V and Boat Storage

We called to ask for any available units and the lady who answered was rude because she wasn't understanding what we were telling her, she was not patient with us at all! 100% do not recommend.

So far, we’ve had a good experience this far. Our space is more than adequate for our RV, like the in/out processes and that people follow them, and that he owner has asked several times what can be done better.

This is the second time we have used them and this time around, it has not been pleasant. First when we left, we moved to our house that had space for our motorhome and never got our deposit back. When we sign up for the second time around, the manger blonde lady-who is the owner’s ex-daughter-in-law finally agreed to using our old deposit as a deposit now but I had to pay the $10 because I guess my husband never returned the key; which is fine and I get it. Anyways, we are in the process of moving and I have a little one now and I guess I never sent in the payment for a month and this had escalated to them putting a lien on our motorhome. Which I have no idea why it escalated so quickly after years being with them and ALWAYS paying on time. Something must be going on. I would definitely look someplace else. The only real upside of this place is the free ice you get for being a customer. We don’t fill up or use their dumping station because we thankfully have those accommodations at the house.

Very nice place, good price. 24hr security and cameras. Very nice grounds and great people in the office. I feel like my trailer is safe, stored in this facility. Also free dump, ice, water and air is a huge perk and worth the money.

I use to have my RV here. They run a very efficient place of business. Very secure and clean and very friendly staff. Recommended it to 3 family members now they keep their rv there

The blond lady is the rudest person I’ve ever encountered. She is racist and uneducated. I can’t not believe this type of rude person even exist. Her parents must have not taught her how to communicate with people. So she acts like people owe her a billion dollar. This is a nice storage facility with security camera around, but they need to change staff. I will only store my rv for a period of time not long term.

I know, they've raised their rates the last 2 years but I don't have any friends that have storage space for our 5th wheel. It's very secure, cameras and even a team of blood thirsty dogs to keep all units safe. Yes, I'm jealous of you folks who have room on your property to store your RV.

Have had 3 rv's 's stored there in the past 16 yrs. Never had a problem like the other people said. They have always been nice and helpful. Looked other aces closer but they are the cheapest and have a dump, ice, water and a tire pump.

I stored My trailer Here for 6mths while I had family in town & they brought their RV to stay in. Once We picked up Our trailer We noticed the kitchen Vent cover Cracked from something hitting it on One side. Then We parked along Campus Street side-BIG Mistake, Looks like the Gardeners whacked My trailer a GOOD Few times with the Trimmers!! WOW, Our trailer ISN'T New, But We take Pride in Ownership & take Good care of Our things Only to have it DAMAGED While under the Care of this Company!? The Spaces are SUPER TIGHT to get in & Out of & its PROOF because My trailer was damaged by somebody else NOT Being able to get into There OWN Space!!! I WILL Post Pictures Soon, ABSOLUTE FAILURE on 'Storing' My trailer!!! You've Been Warned!!

The blonde manager ...I'm white but have noticed on several occasions here mistreating non white customers with an attitude and a very condescending tone while maintaining the upmost respect and demeanor toward's her white customers. She has a very large ego and attitude, just terrible customer service. The gate has a pad lock on it that your must use a key on...for the price they charge they should install a decent keypad entry so one doesn't have to get our of their vehicle twice to open and close the gate. If u r not white don't even bother you will be dissatisfied. She definitely needs some customer service training, there are ways to get your point acrossed without being extremely abrasive.
