They were very accommodating to me. Carolina was able to be flexible with me changing my moving date. The movers were very professional. The only reason I gave them 4 stars is because I was not told about the drive being double in time. I was confused with that when I had to pay a fuel expense. The drive was 30 minutes. They charged me for a whole hour because they doubled the drive time. Otherwise, the overall experience was great. Nothing was broken. They handled everything with care. They asked where to put everything. I would recommend them for sure.
