DSW Designer Shoe Warehouse

Staff were good and helpful, Not all websit stuff available at the location but it is good to go and try the real shoes if the size it fit on you or not. sadly the brand I wanted to try isn't in the store so I can not see what size fit on me so i have to guess and if it isn't fit i have to sent them back.

This review goes to Ben manager of this store. He doesn’t know anything about costumer service was rude and sarcastic to me in front everyone my complaint was about shoes i purchased at this store i’m a size 6 1/2 and got 7 size cuz they felt uncomfortable. After i wore them once these shoes were uncomfortable so i came back to the store to return them or at least get credit cuz dsw is a great store and has different shoe styles and brands. I explained Ben i only wore them once, his answer was sarcastic basically calling me a liar i didn’t know about the policies explaining policies in a sarcastic way is not professional at all. i love the store but this gentleman was not nice at all

Letiticia was extremely helpful at checkout, explained the points system and also the used shoe program. The level of customer service and friendliness was amazing for a simple shoe shopping experience.

The manager didn’t want to give me her correct name. She said it was Shanaa or Shanae, pronunciation I’d imagine is Shu-Nay… anyway she was very short and dry and not courteous at all. Also the previous associate I spoke to on the phone was also rude. Just not helpful and sound like they are annoyed at their job. Hire a manager that cares and is not rude.

NO BARGAINS HERE! NO DISCOUNTS HERE! I found identical items in other stores CHEAPER than the prices at DSW and DSW online prices are even higher! Google anything you plan on purchasing here because I'm sure you will find it cheaper elsewhere.

Dsw is the place to find any kind of footwear dress shoes, casual, sports, boots, sandals, every brand you can think of.... including nike ups, crocs, docs and shoes

I have big feet. Shopping for shoes is already hard and it was made harder by the staff that thought I was shoplifting. The amount of times I was asked if I needed help while being watched and followed made me feel very uncomfortable. It was blatantly obvious that they were profiling me. I had to explain to a staff member that I have big feet and was just looking online as well as in store for what they might have on the shelf. I did end up getting a pair of shoes but I don't think I will ever be going back to that location.

Had a perfect experience. Jose is a fantastic worker who went above and beyond for my girlfriend getting her birthday outfit together. Helped her get the right pair for her outfit and her right size. We really appreciate all his help!
