Went to buy my baby some timberland boots and asked for a size 4. The sales rep came out and automatically took the box to the counter. After waiting in line for a good while I paid for the merchandise. Here I am out of town for the holidays and dressing my son and realize I was sold the display boot for the normal $80!!! Its very obvious the boot is bending, torn inside and worn out and even faded on one side!!!! I want my money back! This is the last time I ever shop in there again... period.
They have some good merchandise, but a lot of times the employees can be rude. And about 2 months ago I went there to buy some shoes. The sales associate would only let me try on one shoe at a time. She said that was the store policy. If that is really the store policy I want be buying anymore shoes from there.
Please change your operation time online. Also we should be able to return purchases and get our full cash refund.
This store is the worst in Columbiana Mall the customer service sucks me and some friends came into the store Saturday evening to buy some clothes when no one greeted us at all also anyone ask us can the help there was few people standing around doing nothing looking stupid when customers needed help I will never ever again shop there again that’s why I don’t stop where lots of ignorant people are employed at
Place pissed me off. I found ONE pair of shoes in here that were so-so. The "Dope" brand. Got the shoes home. Defective. They were sown together like in the middle of the toe which was a major flaw. Took them back. I was made aware THEN... That if you pay with cash or debit card... You can only get a store credit. WTH???? It is risky buying here. I wouldn't do it again. Sale me bad product then keep my money? No good
