The staff here are very friendly and helpful finding just what you need. Very good selection of running shoes for everyone wether you are just casually running or training for a half marathon. I would come back for anything I need in the future.

I started just participating in races run by Strictly Running, then I joined one of the training classes. I feel like I have become a part of a family that supports each other in a common goal. This organization loves and supports running and I am so glad we have them in Columbia. If you are thinking about getting into running or you need some gear, go talk to them. They will get you moving in the right direction.
