Shoe Dept.

Store closed 2 pm . Just watched at least 15 customers walk up to a locked door.

Manager on shift very rude and disrespectful. They have times posted but do not operate within those times they close earlier than posted times.

They have nice shoes for reasonable prices and they are friendly and helpful

I went into shoe dept on or about 5:20 pm, on 6 March 2022 female greet said welcome to shoe dept , then heavy set black male told you got ten minutes before we closed. I look at sign before I walked in the store, I’ll never go back there again!!!

Manager very rude and speaks to customer in a harsh tone! When told I wanted to remove an item from layaway manager got frustrated and slammed items on desk. Black crocs listed on layaway was misplaced and I had to settle for a white pair instead since it was only color left in size. Please do not waste your time going to this location!!

The shoes weren't in the boxes so you had to wait for the cashier go into back and get the shoe you requested..which was a hassle and playing with my time an that's a no no ... but since the cashier was the only worker and she was a pleasant despite working the store by herself I'll rate this experience 3 stars..

I came in to purchase 2 specific pairs of shoes that I had searched online retail $179. I was not greeted as I entered the store, yet every customer after me was. I tried on the shoes, walked around with the "one" on as that's all that's in the box. Then I sat there waiting for help, mind you there were plenty of employees available and the store was not busy, but not a single one offered help even though they clearly seen me sitting there looking at them. I tried to ask one employee and he kept going right on past me. So I decided to sit longer and observe. All customers whom entered after me were greeted and offered help? I proceeded to leave slowly to see if anyone would say ANYTHING.... Nothing? Extremely poor customer service or was it, I wasn't of a particular race? Corporate will follow up.

Locked doors at 8:30 when they closed at 9pm. Manager was counting tier. This is why they cannot keep people, and they are so slack.

Amazing customer service! Staff is very friendly and customer oriented! Definitely coming back to shop for more shoes!
