Well as for me when a patient has a Doctor office detailed script of medical necessity for hospital bed and wheelchair need ....and this supply company has it in their hands .... patient has Medicare and a supplement insurance ..... then these people make you pay up front out of pocket promising to bill these insurances to get your refund to you ..... then nothing is done .... they need to do what they say they will or there is something odd going on !!!! By the way this is after the first month and they called for a second payment just before end of 30 days .... they were told to pick up their items! I WENT ELSEWHERE !!!

Signed up to get my CPAP supplies horrible customer service. They acted like they did not need me as a customer. Hence I no longer am. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.
