Always a problem.  Policies that make you pay out of pocket even when your insurance covers the equipment.  They’ve done the same game to friends and family so it’s not just me unfortunately.  Total hassle and rude customer service.

Butler hospital is a joke . You should really rethink where you send your patients . There is absolutely NO PARKING . You must walk from one end of the hospital to the other due to no parking . Nothing is marked . It is a maze of old hallways . I'm in a waiting room that looks to have not been vacuumed in a month with garbage on the floor and dirt ! This is a sorry excuse for a hospital.  I am glad I do not come here for any care any more . Ridiculous! !!!!
