It's a wonder this company is still in business. As a physician myself, after my experience I now urge my patients to avoid using this company for their medical equipment at all costs. They sent me the wrong equipment, refused to correct the mistake, and then billed me $300 for it after I had returned it. They also over-billed my insurance company for additional equipment that I didn't receive at all (you don't need a regulator on an oxygen concentrator). I called to complain and they offered to put me on a payment plan, but never sent me any invoices for that. After 2 years of hearing nothing from them, they sent me to collections. Moreover, they sent me to collections for $500 rather than the $300 they stated I owed. I took them to the BBB and they kept vaguely saying they were referring the case to "supervisors" but did not provide names or contact information for these supervisors. Shame on this company for the way it treats patients.

Phone service takes FOREVER to answer. THEN you get placed on HOLD. Just like the review below mine, I AM a physician, and I am also infuriated by the phone customer service. I am stuck with them via UPMC

A negative number would be more appropriate. Staff is not knowledgeable about the products they sell. Every time I order I wait 15 minutes on hold to speak to someone who is clueless, transfers the call and then disconnects me. Items are never sent timely. They do not comprehend my insurance's rules. My insurance has paid them within a week of getting the bill but they persist in falsely stating certain items will not be paid for. I have had to have my insurance intervene on numerous occasions to get my needs met. Five times my doctor has sent in a script and they lose it. I would not use this company. They really should lose their Medicare provider status.

Too much to list!!! Stay away!! Once you start a cpap rental you are locked in. Incorrect information eveytime you call, billing and customer service are horrible. Multiple phone calls and many hours later....stated that it is a policy not to bill Insurance company!!! They just cost me 300.00. Stay away. I read the reviews about this company and their billing issues and thought, well insurance company payments and policies are hard to interpret, it was probably just a misunderstanding....I was so wrong. It’s Medcare employees and their policies that are horrible in understanding their jobs and policies. No return calls after several days and days....now the end of the year and I will have to pay a new deductible cost next year!! Omg. I can’t say this enough......save your sanity, money, and most of all time.....pick another company!!!!! If not, like me....you will live to regret it. Lost several years off my life, several hundred dollars out of my pocket, and lost a lot of time and sanity by dealing with this company!! Reviews are telling the truth!! Watch out!! Run!!! Violated Hippa regulations!!!! Gave false information several times!! If you like your privacy don’t use this company!! Maybe someone should investigate them!!

Worst company I have ever dealt with. Even though I paid in full, they are fraudulently charging my bank account. I have contacted the BBB twice. No one at the company has called me back. I have spent several hours dealing with them to no avail. Avoid them at all costs. If I could give them no stars I would.
