Its good store in the neighborhood, you can find most of your daily need items here plus they have pharmacy on premises. But customer service is not good, many times i have to stand in the queue to pay my stuff bout cashier is not on duty , they doing some work behind the aisles , may be store is short of employees . I have to go and find them, also they are very arrogant and rude, they need more customer service training.

book an appointment online for vaccination and still end up waiting for 1 hour 15 minutes. The Asian pharmacist Lam told me to wait in the line alone with other customers with prescription need which I end up spending half hour just to realize the window next to it is for vaccination. Horrible place, should've go to the one in Nothern Blvd.

Very bad customer relationships. Had to wait for 15 minutes. Didn't respect and respond. Lady Manager of the day and the lady staff eagerly to refuse to accept the FEDEX package of 14" x 12" x 36". Happened on 2022 Thanksgiving day.

They said they doesn’t accept Fidelis care , health first , metroplus . So which insurance they accept? Seems like very lazy staff.

Almost every product is locked. Buzzer is not working. I told to cashier 3 times that I need help at aisle 9A. It seems, he does not care. I did not find employee on the floor. Horrible condition in the store.

Worst place to pick up medicine. They just wait to close the counter and very bad service. Don’t recommend anyone to stop by at the pharmacy.

Never had a problem with the pharmacy or store itself. I check the prices of their "grocery" items against the local supermarket prices and find that they are much cheaper on the items that I favor. I am very pleased that they will run a sale for several weeks instead of one week. The service reps at the check out are extremely nice and professional. The store is clean and shelves organized. As far as having items under lock and key; well, that speaks for itself. Whenever I ring to have a store rep come to unlock the case for an item, the wait time is minimal. I have been shopping here for four years with no complaints. Well, maybe one; that is when the consumers who patronize the food vendors outside Duane Read leave their food containers in front of and on the side of the store.

Helpful staff. Sometimes there is long waiting time.

Worst pharmacy ever. All I wanted to do was get my prescription and go but instead had the horrible pharmacist belittle me and send me away. She wouldn't give me the option to pay for my medicine without a prescription card and when I finally convinced her to let me pay she wouldn't even take the coupon I had. They tried to close the gate on people who were in the middle of getting their prescriptions as well. Horrible, rude pharmacists. Will never be coming back or reccomending this place to anyone.

Cashiers take thier sweet time, and then pester you about a walgreens credit card and charity donations. WHATEVER HAPPENED TO GO IN SELECT YOUR ITEMS PAY AND GO?!?!? When I go into a store I don't want to hear a sales pitch as I pay!!!! So annoying!!!!!
