They set up an incredible vibe inside with very carefully chosen aesthetics, not to mention the live music. It is really interesting and a neat place to eat. The food was fantastic and they have SO MANY vegan options. The buffalo cauliflower bites were the best I have ever had and also came with vegan ranch which was delicious. They also had a vegan cuban sandwich which was the first of its kind I had seen and it was insanely good. Absolutely no complaints and will definitely be back for more.
Chicken and Waffles was delicious and I’ve had them all over the country and seasoned well. The gravy was spot on and the buttermilk waffles were a great compliment to the chicken but also very tasty on their own. Only complaint would be for one more piece of chicken as it felt more like chicken nuggets. The atmosphere is fun with something new catching your eye anytime you look around. Our service was great, our waitress was funny, very timely and observant. We enjoyed our meal at DD and were ecstatic to find true chicken and waffles in North Country!
Relaxed atmosphere with small tables and nooks for dining solo or in small groups. The Volcano fries are a filling combo of beans, avocado, pickled veg and more. The Meze plate is a lighter alternative with veg, pita and spreads. Both great with house beers or wine.
The food was pretty good - I had the volcanic fries it's huge!. However I didn't get the second dish I ordered for. I decided not to pursue it, feeling like I was bothering the wait staff with this request. My friends said their meals were great but not the best they've had. The price was definitely reasonable! The atomsphere was VERY cool with a lot of art and metal deco. That alone made it awesome.
Great global food, fun atmosphere. Shares a building with Radio Bean, so you know there's some good music and delicious coffee to be had too! Note that it can get a bit loud during shows, so plan accordingly if you're sensitive to loud noises like me. I like the curries, the clever desserts are fun too. Someday I'll be brave enough to try that basil ice cream.
This place was great. Had a table of 9 and got sat immediately. The food and drink where outstanding. Local drafts on the menu with local food fixtures. Next time im in Burlington I will make sure its a stop on my list. The backroom phonebooth was pretty neat too.
Lovely spot - great atmosphere, EXCELLENT customer service thanks Sabrina!, fantastic food, and delicious drinks. Lots of vegan and veg options. I'd recommend the Hot Nikki, Cubano, and definitely don't leave without trying the Buffalo Cauliflower.
Beauitfuly decorated, fun that the 3 business that are all collectively owned are all comemcted and can be walked through each at a time. Food was bery yummy and filling.
Super chill, eclectic spot with amazing food, plenty of vegan options. We came for dinner on a Friday night and despite it being a busy evening with live music, we had a table for two within ten to fifteen minutes. Like many of the places around Burlington, the menu had plenty of vegan options but here, they seemed more fleshed out with more than just a tempeh sandwich. My partner and I had Thai curry and a seitan gyro. Both were very well made and very satisfying. Will definitely be coming back here on our next trip to the Burlington area!
Fantastic food, excellent service, great entertainment every time we come, no matter the day of the week. Very accommodating to vegans and nut allergies, most things can be made vegan! Volcano fries & panang curry are a solid meal for two to be full. Bonus: espresso martini and local draughts add to the special feeling of this quaint spot. Definitely worth a shot if you’re in Burlington. Cheers
