Dunkin' Donuts

The workers were nice but they need some serious training. Two times I've gone to get a cappuccino blast and they can't get it right. It ends up tasting like a shake not like a frozen coffee drink. They even miss out on putting whipped cream and cinnamon. And when I asked for it, they claimed to not have any cinnamon. Come on 2x in a row! A cappuccino blast always includes those two main ingredientes. Unless of the customer asks differently. They need to train their workers period!

The drink sizes are larger than most coffee shops. Iced coffee is delicious. Employees are friendly. :)

I love Dunkin Donuts but not at this location!!! Very disappointed! Poor management and rude unmotivated employees. Multiple visits hoping they will shape up, but no luck. Each visit the order is messed up! Bagels missing, wrong coffee... etc etc.... and it takes 25-30min to finally receive the order correctly!!!! 7:30am and they are out of breakfast staples!!! Spoke with manager and found it was a waist of time. Unskilled management produces chaotic environment! I am sure the employees if directed and led properly would do a great job! There are systems and processes that are very effective everywhere else but if there is no one to implement them here and that’s what you get. Unfortunately I will not go back. I am sure if the heath department would pay them a visit, lots of violations would be recorded and this place would close. Best wishes and I hope that one day they will figure it out. It’s a shame because I love Dunkin Donuts!

Slow as hell everytime I come to this location. Horrible wait at least 15 minutes with only 4 cars in front of me and egg sandwich for my son was cold and the sausage dried out! Yummy!!

I give there food & drinks 5 stars but give their service barely 3 stars
