Dunkin' Donuts

Worst DD experience I’ve ever had - super unfriendly. Extremely DIRTY tables NOT one was clean & most were empty when I sat down. Then staff almost knocked bathroom door down when I was in there - a polite knock would have sufficed. To be fair I had taken a little bit longer than usual. But courtesy trumps everything else !!

They have great staff members and are always kind and generous. The food is also of a nice quality and always has lively flavors that are pleasant and enriching to the palette. They are always swift and the wait times are close to non existent. Their service is great and of high quality, they are always efficient and quick in their work

People had bad attitudes food made wrong

I ordered two bagels and one wake up wrap and they only gave me one bagel. The staff was not focused, and one of the staff members with a durag was being very creepy to a female customer. The Wednesday Morning crew needs to change

Very rude staff. She made my order wrong then gave me an attitude when she had to make a new sandwich and started throwing my food around on the prep table she also got an attitude with me for not understanding her when she was talking to me in Spanish. They also use a microwave oven to toast the bread which becomes saggy just a couple of minutes later. If you have the option of going to a different location I strongly recommend that. Oh and after reading the other reviews it looks like I'm not the first person to mention how rude they are. I'm not asking for a red carpet I know that it's just a dunkin donut but an attitude towards the customers is not necessary.

the service was slow and very complicated. I ordered 3 coffees, a glazed donut, and a bagel with cream cheeses toasted. But they gave us a 2/3 coffees, ran out of oat milk, coffees were horrid, my glazed donut was dry and the bagel wasn’t toasted at all. Very disappointed with Dunkin’ today made me quite sad.

Coconut latte good milk bad. Great service cute smiles in and out quick and painless. Keep it simple no milk no sugar no wheat. Then no lectins and no alzheimers no stroke no heart attack

These guys are good souls. They have an open eye for the customers who are true and just, and put in the extra effort to serve those people with all of the level of love conjurable. Hole in the Wall has it's match, yet this close-by Dunkin Donuts remains embarrassing a staple in my diet.
